The main activity of the town seems to be concentrated here where traders, villagers, and travellers from afar gather to exchange information or engage in a bit of bartering. Presiding over all of this is the Gilded Unicorn Inn, the largest building in the village as well as the best kept. Far from the bustle and turmoil of the big city, its doors are always open, a lantern or candle always lit.You also see a roadsign.

Placed in the wall of the sheer cliff is a huge stone door with an arched top. Two large lifelike sentinels, one on either side of the door, stand at attention in silence.

This hall is distinguished by a large table and two stone benches that run the length of the tavern. At the far end of the hall is a large roaring fire, the smoke slowly curling up towards the hole in the ceiling. Along the walls are hung various furs, skins and mining implements. Hakon Forkbeard is standing behind the imposing marble-topped bar, working and whispering intently to several of his customers.You also see a coppery saluki puppy flaunting a goldenglow glaes collar and jadeleaf snood, a box of gifts bearing the crest of the Order of the Black Fox, a serving table borne on legs that look like a black fox, a bright yellow plaid cloth, a sturdy wooden stool, Forkbeard, the large tavern doors and the menu.
