tamboti and alerce mask carved with the feminine visage of a ship's figurehead | |
---|---|
Look: | Carved in high and low relief to create loose, tumbling wave curls, the long, pure white alerce hair is designed to frame the face when worn. Inside the mask is a second set of dark lenses, tinted to shield the wearer's vision from the extremely thin and faintly glowing panes of pure white thealstone. Graven into the reddish-brown tamboti is a female visage, its classically beautiful features lent a disturbing air by the blind stare, grim-set mouth, and muracite seaweed in a tight tangle around the neck. |

You see <a person>.
Pure white wooden locks tumble around her head, the finely grained, stone-like alerce hair glittering with mineral inclusions. Satiny tamboti veils her face in a sanguine lustre, carved with a beautiful, feminine countenance fixed with a milky white, blind stare created by very thin thealstone lenses. The hue of dried blood, her wooden lips are set in a grim line, barely parted at the center. Muracite seaweed wraps her throat, the dark green metal algae seeming to have her in a stranglehold.
