The key sparkles with a lustrous shine. As you look at it the finely etched spider web pattern on the grip blurs into swirling, spinning movement.
A loud *snap* sounds as a blinding flash of light strikes out from the key. A vision of white sails appear before your eyes followed by the majestic view of a tall-masted ship floating in a wide open harbor on waters of deep crystal green. As you watch a number of people descend from the gangplank of the ship to the sturdy docks below, whilst behind them the ship's white sails furl and snap in in a freshening breeze.
You turn and it seems you now stand on the dock, mingled with the travellers of your vision. As you gaze about you in wonder, a voice comes to your ears. "[Name]! Welcome! You have found your way! "You are surrounded by a tide of well-wishers who slap you on the back and hug you warmly. A grandfatherly Dwarf stretches his hand towards you in greeting, and as you reach to meet his clasp, you see a key sparkling brightly in his hand. "You made the journey," he cries. "No small feat! We have been waiting for you! Let the party begin!"
The ensuing roar of sound dims, and as your vision clears you find yourself gazing upon a bright silver key in your hand.
