| Look: | Made to fit tightly from waist to knee, these short pants are held in place with a set of ribbons on each hip, one in white and one in green. The fabric flares out at the knees where the lace is sewn on in tiny pleats. About an inch wide, the frilly fabric is dyed emerald on one side and white on the other, opposite the ribbons. |
