These are tickets at Dispenser Raffles, and come in a variety of forms themed to the different dispensers. You do not need to hang on to them to win the raffle, and they are generally removed from your inventory a few seconds after buying them, though you can hang onto them if you quickly remove them from your inventory before that check happens, then pick them back up.
