Look: | The beautifully shimmering material is gathered at the high, rounded neckline to create a rippling effect throughout the sleeveless bodice, nearly obscuring the keyhole slit down its center. Turquoise flecks dapple the richly hued blue-green bodice, becoming more prominent toward the fitted waist. A slim silversteel belt set with Reshalian tourmalines seems to glow almost unnaturally above the flowing skirt, its hue softening into dark cerulean with an effect reminiscent of a drifting oceanic fog. |
