The cloth rag can be RUBbed on most non-thrown melee weapons to apply the food enchantment. This particular rag will add the ability to sometimes create alcoholic drinks. It will also add the following verb(s): flip, rub, pick, challenge, trace, dip, point and clench. Weapons enchanted in this manner will periodically summon a random food or drink item, as dictated by the enchantment, during combat attacks.
