Look: | Long polished bands of the red wood have been inset into the stringed instrument, giving it a somewhat fiery appearance. Painted onto the soundbox is the image of a hand with crossed fingers. The tuning pegs aligned along the top are of identical size and shape with one exception. Shaped differently from the others and created from tightly-grained pale wood, the errant peg stands out as it contrasts against the consistent coloring throughout the rest of the lyre. |
