Grants a weapon spirit stealing powers.
The linen cloth is used to empower an otherwise ordinary weapon with Soulsteal (spirit). It will grant unlimited charges at the tier 5 level. You can APPLY cloth to (weapon) to use it, but be aware that the linen cloth will be consumed on use.
