You focus your magical senses on a bejeweled crystal bottle. The crystal bottle has a definite magical pattern embedded deeply with its structure. You recognize the pattern as a manifestation of Elemental magic. This is a magical item used to bind an elemental spirit to teleport the owner of the bottle. The bottle can be attuned to an area by rubbing it, and activated by invoking it. The binding will weaken if the elemental is invoked too frequently, and eventually allow the elemental to escape. Elementals are notoriously touchy, and, if invoked too often, may refuse to respond or react in unexpected ways.
