Firestorm fibers are crafted from firecat fur treated with a secret process that produces fibers that appear to capture and reflect light in a semblance of the flickering flames that dance around the firecat's ears. These fibers can then be worked into fabrics that give the illusion of scintillating embers or flames contained within the shimmering textiles.

Note

While players won't see this in its base form, they will see it's impact in firestorm chiffon, damask, samite, taffeta, and velvet.
