Cantrip quest walkthrough

General Cantrip Knowledge

You can ask your sect leader about "basic skills", and he will teach you general cantrip KNOWLEDGE at any time, or will gain general cantrip knowledge from that sect with your first sect cantrip. If you are not of a sect, then you need to find the slagged pile in old crossing under the crossing Moon mage guild (Ranik Map 8a, room entitled Central Collapse. Genie Map 81, Room 79). The slagged pile is above the Sunken Collapse. Don't touch/look at the desk, it'll stun you. and don't touch the glove in the Collapse. If it suddenly gets dark, <rub orb> and it'll light the whole mansion up again. Once you find the slagged pile, FOCUS on it, then STUDY (I believe you need about 40 scholarship to be able to successfully study it) it until you get the general knowledge (You do nocantt need to Focus, but some say it speeds the process up a little bit, and it sure won't hurt). The slagged pile is pretty deep into the passages.
