First released during Hollow Eve Festival 458.
Crafted from a secret mixture of animal and plant materials, the silver and gold fibers are twisted and melded to create a coruscating effect that mimics the polar auroras. The resulting fibers are woven with threads in shades of green, blue, purple, and red, through further alchemical and magical processes to create fabrics that coruscate like the aurorae of the polar regions.
Weavers use the resultant fibers to create several different luxury fabrics. Because of the spinning and dying process, these fabrics often display a shifting display of colors much like aurorae.
Note
While players won't see this in its base form, they will see it's impact in aurorablaze chiffon, crepe, organza, samite and velvet.
