Arinni was an Elothean aristocrat who hailed from the small town of Teil Minavsel. When he discovered what he thought was a Dragon's egg, he traveled to the mainland in an attempt to find the financial backing to conduct an expedition to discover the egg's hatchling. As he neared success, however, he was assassinated.
