Anlandu is a major Elanthian holiday, which lasts for eight days.

Anlandu is celebrated beginning on the 150th day of the year (31st day of Shorka), the first day of summer. Anlandu is also known as the Day of the Sun. Those who have done wrong may seek forgiveness from those they have transgressed against on this day. Criminals are sometimes pardoned for crimes, either due to repentance or the circumstance of their crime. It is a time of healing and reconciliation. Family reunions are often scheduled for this time. If the weather is foul during Anlandu, Huldah is said to be at work and that ill luck is due in the next year. If the weather is especially fair, then any reconciliations made at this time are sure to last.
