Description:	The Aether Cloak spell renders the caster difficult to locate magically, and tends to weaken targeted magic spells. It lasts as long as you hold the mana for it, which means if you cast another spell, your cloak will fall.
Example Messaging:	Everything seems to darken and you feel slightly colder as a cloak of aether folds itself possesively about you. Your dark mantle of aether flutters angrily as if caught in a sudden wind. The targeting matrix of <person>'s spell is twisted and pulled apart by your Aether Cloak.

Notes

This is a held mana spell, the more mana, the better the effect.
Prevents being located by the Locate spell and familiars. Attempts to locate will get an "unclear" message.
Putting up the cloak and moving will also end any Shadewatch Mirrors on the mage.
Having an active Aether Cloak will make it impossible for other warrior mages to determine the owner of your familiar by PERCEIVEing it.
