I just got Mystic and Predictor titles at the same moment, right after a prediction. Mystic requires far less than 200 PP. I'm guessing the 100 Astrology is probably right, but that there is also a prediction component. None of my field experience skills were at any level that they just ranked up or hit any milestone level. I checked titles when I got 100 Astrology and did not have Mystic. I have no direct way of determining how many predictions I've done, and the Predictor requirement field is unknown.
