Title talk:Dissident

The requirements for this title are way off, I think. I received this title around circle 26 or 27 and had nowhere near these skill levels. If I were to make a guess, it seems more likely that it requires a certain level of combat skill (maybe a higher ratio of combat skill to magic skill?). That's just a guess though, based on what a dissident actually IS (a person who actively challenges a policy, doctrine, or institution, etc). -Itharl 06/19/2011
