:Thornrot has an angular face, pointed ears, mismatched eyes, one blue-grey and the other stormy grey and a classical nose. His blue-black hair is long and wavy, and is worn in a careless, windblown arrangement. He has tanned skin and a wiry build. |

:Thornrot grew up to be a [[bone elf]] for those were his father's wishes. He learned of their ways and customs for tens of years until he became an adult. It was his mothers insistent attitude that he someday travel to Crossing and learn skills which didn't include necromancy. For she was a [[river elf]]. It was a long and arduous trip from the outskirts of M'riss where they hid and lived off the land. Sometimes performing menial tasks for coin and trade which provided them luxuries they could otherwise obtain. He sometimes went fishing with his mother and she talked about the river clan.. which filled his otherwise empty heart. |

:Upon arrival to Crossing he met Malsaphis. For awhile they spoke and Thornrot began riding alongside his caravan. Being unable to connect with the guilds and the temptation to locate the necromancers rising, he made a rushed decision, and joined the Trader guild. |

:He was mentored by his newfound friend until he understood the basics of leading a caravan and delivering cargo. This was fulfilling at first but the task became dull and repetitive. For awhile, he regretted the decision, until he learned that work orders could be filled from forging and granted him the opportunity to practice trading. Thornrot never imagined that he would become a Trader and forger. Furthermore he began to crave wealth and gold. |

:Sometimes, he finds himself brooding in dark places for seemingly no apparent reason at all. Reflecting back on the days when he would explore the inner workings of creatures and learn to carve them in a ritualistic manner. Wondering if someday these were things he would do to a corpse which once possessed feet rather than hooves or paws. |
