Syntax
TEND {MY|<character>} {area} {area} may be one of: head chest abdomen back neck tail right arm left arm right hand left hand right leg left leg right eye left eye
The demeanor of your target may affect your ability to tend them.
The target can not be standing if you are trying to tend another character.
