Make "Script arguments:" and the like (the labels) only appear if that arg was provided

Idea2

Indent data in the collapsed area (i.e. everything but description) by 1 increment (use the : character)

As we copy script documentation to elanthipedia (from a script header comment or the github wiki), replace the link in the script header comment with a link to elanthipedia (e.g. https://elanthipedia.play.net/mediawiki/index.php/Lich_script_repository#accept-sell)
