Rumors

there's a tell an npc a rumor but i don't know how, also there's another guild that can receive and spread rumors, think it's bards might be wrong though--Legeres 03:08, 25 January 2008 (CST)

Speculate Finesse (circle 8)

Do we want to include what the guild leader says when giving the skill? I copied it just in case:

Trader Guildleader Willowbrook: Willowbrook raises an eyebrow in your direction and says, "Ah, I see that you have advanced enough to benefit from a bit of knowledge I have. As you will have discovered by now in your career, there comes a time when we must put our best foot forward, to make the most of your finesse if you will." After a moment's consideration she continues. "For most of us it takes a lot of concentration to give our best impression. Doing so does have its rewards however. In fact, there is something of a trick I learned years ago that you might find useful in some situations." Willowbrook takes you through a series of deceptively simple exercises that soon leave you wondering how you will be able to keep this all straight when you need to use them.
