Not sure if anyone is keeping track anymore, but I just experienced a one second reduction on the store bought HX at 175 Crossbow Skill. Barbarian, loading from quiver with 40 Str, 30 Agil, 30 Ref. Went from 11 to 10. Hard change, never saw 10 seconds at 174, haven't seen 11 seconds since 175. Noticing mix of 11s and 10s.
