Snicker
Emotive command to snivel in general or directed at another person.
SNICKER You see: You snicker. Others see: <Player> snickers. SNICKER <self> You see: You snicker to yourself. Others see: <Player> snickers to her/himself. SNICKER <player> You see: You snicker at <Player>. Target sees: <Player> snickers at you. Note: You cannot snicker at an object.
