Role-playing command to jot down notes.
SCRIBE You see: You jot down some notes. Others see: <Player> jots down some notes. SCRIBE <self> You see: You apparently forgot who you are, so for posterity's sake, you jot down some notes. Others see: <Player> jots down some notes. SCRIBE <player> You see: You look at <Player> and jot down some notes. Target sees: <Player> looks at <Player2> and jots down some notes.
