As has been the plan for a long time, SNIPE will now always show the attacker's name to the victim -- in the same manner as the Vivisection spell. Consequently, the ability is no longer subject to a special PvP policy of its own, and all Snipe bans are lifted. NEWS 2 39 has been updated accordingly.
