The boost from tools, high-quality ingredients and career/hobby contribute to the success score that your exp is based off of. So yes, if you suddenly change to some combination that bonuses you enough to make something too-easy, then you could start learning worse.
It is already a lot of work to do the calculation twice to alleviate technique learning problems. So it is not really feasible to include tools, ingredients and career/hobby boosts as well. | |
