<<Is it a possability you would...monetize?...microtransact?...whatever the verb would be, put items on this list as well? You mentioned a couple examples like the +level-holding glove, but what about straight weapon/armor sales? Personally I'm usually more interested in gear than everything else, and it would certainly be something I'd consider purchasing even as a subscribing player>>

Much the same as we have items you can buy with LTB points now, yes.

<<And would normal players (DR standard for conversations sake) be incentivised with some active bonus? Free 'item points' a month, etc.? Or would they simply get all the bonuses of 'you're playing on a normalized field instead of a -3 field now'?>>

Unknown. Again, we're just talkin' here. ::grin:: I see no immediate reason why we wouldn't at least consider giving out some amount of points per month for someone "committing" to a subscription level, sort of like how Premium folks get 100 LTBs a month now. That all really depends on the price of the points, however. If points cost 1 dollar each, then 100 is too many. If they're a penny each, it's not enough.

<<And thanks for the answer about plat. I never thought about people in TF not being able to play prime.>>

No problem. Our billing system is so...complicated...with all the conditions and voodoo and magic it has to perform JUST to add or remove Premium from someone. It's all built in so the folks in the billing office don't have to do it all manually, but just looking at the process steps it has to go through for something that's technically "simple" in the grand scheme of things is headdesk worthy. The problem is, it's all required due to the way we handle billing and the flexibility we provide folks.
