You are wrong. 3 forms in combat is pretty much the cap for you. If you fill up your IF ahead of time, throwing in a meditation OR berserk should be possible.

IF passively drains down to the 1/3rd (or whatever limit you have depending on the # of forms you have up) limit quickly if you have not killed anything in the last few minutes. It drains down very very slowly if you have.


What abilities are you using? An Expert ability uses 5x the IF as an Intro ability if you lack the IF to properly handle it.
