I just kinda question if it's the festival gift because they cause damage to a certain guild and I don't know if festival gifts have ever really done that in the past. The "powerful" ones ARE very cool, though. --TEVESHSZAT 03:36, 27 October 2012 (UTC)
The announcement for them:
Hollow Eve Announcement: The special gifts are now available Below the Spinneret! There are also secondary versions available to everyone just outside the Spider, across the bridge. Festgoers can pick up one of both types, but be sure to read the signs!
