STUDY: Recalling what you've heard about the slender phial, you believe you could hold or WEAR it for limited protection against the violent backlashes sometimes produced by sorcerous spellcasting. Additionally, you can occasionally CLEAN the phial to restore some of the absorptive capacity lost during the course of normal use.
