This item can be placed in a room so as to mark the territory of a particular family, organization or group. The marker must be {{com|RUB}bed by the person with the last name to use. This is permanent, and cannot be changed. Only the owner may place/remove the marker.
Only one can be placed in a room at a time, and will be automatically removed and delivered to Lost & Found after a certain number of days. If the owner is online, they'll be messaged. The same owner can place multiple markers in different rooms. These can be placed in normal provincial areas. They cannot be placed in Fang Cove, most quest areas, safe rooms, homes, vaults, and rooms that block locate/familiars.
TURN adjusts how others see your 'mark'. An alterer may add a custom TURN option at their discretion.
