- STUDY: As you study the armband, you think you could probably wear, remove, clean, lace and rub it.
- WEAR: Very, very carefully you put on your armband, making sure that the sharp points face out.
- REMOVE: You remove your barbed-wire armband, holding your arm away from your body.
- CLEAN: You slowly work your fingers in among the barbs on your armband and remove an offending speck of dirt.
