Kaldaran greeting. The messaging is different between Kaldar and non-Kaldar

Hail (no target): "Hail what?" - no messaging.

Hail (self) (1st person): You pause for a moment, head down and eyes closed as you clench your fist to your heart in ancestral respect.

Hail (self) (3rd person): XXXXX pauses for a moment in respectful silence.

1st-person, to a non-Kaldar: You hail XXXXX with an aloof attitude.

3rd-person, non-Kaldar: XXXXX hails you with a superior nod.
