Desert armadillo can refer to several different versions of the creature:

• Juvenile desert armadillo (2): 1st tier, premium version
• Adult desert armadillo (1): 2nd tier, standard version
• Adult desert armadillo (2): 2nd tier, premium version
• Elder desert armadillo (1): 3rd tier, standard version
• Elder desert armadillo (2): 3rd tier, premium version

The premium areas are all mixed spawn with both the premium and standard versions of that area's tier. The different tiers of standard versions can bleed into neighboring tiers of the non-premium hunting areas.
