Description

Ausmodius has a sharp-featured face with a flexible ridged crest which follows the shape of your skull and slitted silver-flecked stormy grey eyes, silver scales with a pale silver underbelly, a slender tail and a stocky build. A circle of obsidian is positioned between his eyes, surrounded by an aura of shadow rippling against his scales.

He is wearing a gleaming animite key, a razor-edged whip with a leather grip studded with platinum skulls, a heavy silver clasp etched with an open coin purse over crossed stilettos, some silver spurs ornamented with a pattern of grapa vines entwining through skulls, some darkstone elbow spikes, a lantholite gwethdesuan, a deep green harness, a worn leather arm sheath tooled with the image of a cobra wrapped around a sword, a mist-filled crystal globe hanging from a fine gold chain, a night-black Kaith Kirm button, some polished black leather boots, a large purple velvet sack lightly embroidered in gold threading with the words FILTHY LUCRE, a slender silver eyebrow ring, a gold medallion symbolizing dedication to Damaris, a bone panther tailband, a dagger thigh sheath, an albredine crystal ring, a black moleskin bundle beautifully embroidered with a panther pattern in black thread, a heavy burlap haversack, an indigo gem pouch, a marquetry lockpick case handcrafted with an inlaid design of a mariner's compass and an etched silver vial strung from intricate chain mesh.

History

Born on the 4th day of the 10th month of Nissa the Maiden in the year of the Bronze Wyvern, 330 years after the victory of Lanival the Redeemer.

Early Years

At a young age, Ausmodius's parents were killed during an invasion leaving him an orphan at a rather young age. He quickly learned the skills to survive on the streets, and he found his way into the sewers and later to the Guild. He spent long hours observing those around him, and he thrived.

As a young adult, he was secretly recruited into the Dark Court where he further refined his abilities as a practicing enforcer. Those members who were known to him, were Ru'at and his loyalty was unquestionable.

Later Years

It was a dangerous time for Thieves in general, and it was especially true for an active enforcer dealing retribution to those spreading the guilds secrets. As the bodies piled up, his list of enemies grew. Eventually, he went into hiding for several years in order to drop the heat from his past actions. During this time, much changed and the Dark Court faded from peoples minds. When he returned to Crossing years later, he was welcomed back and promptly recruited into The Locksmith Union. He went into hiding one more time before resurfacing not long ago.
