You study the binder and determine it is well-suited for holding sigil-scrolls. These scrolls can be PUT into the binder. The reader can TURN the binder to the CONTENTS and READ it to see a list of all sigil-scrolls inside. Alternatively, the reader can TURN the binder to a SIGIL type and READ only the pages of that type. The reader can then TURN the binder to a PAGE number and PULL the binder to remove the scroll, or READ and STUDY the binder to bring the sigil into his or her mind.
