Climbing to the pier

So somewhere between 250 and 950 lessons of Athletics (it's been awhile since I was on M'Riss!), you can climb the piling, then the cross-beam, then the pier to reach the ship dock at Fever Point as a non-citizen. A non-citizen still can not board the Degan without an escort, but if you have a private ship docked, you can reach it if you have the skill. --Kythryn 05:49, 19 September 2018 (CDT)
