[Shugar's Cookie Emporium, Sales Floor] The enveloping aroma of freshly baked cookies permeates the air of this delightful shop. Glass cases line three walls and a pair of ornate wrought iron baker's racks flank a brightly painted door. Pigtailed Halfling girls and mop-headed Halfling boys dart to and fro, waiting on customers, restocking, and scrubbing until everything sparkles. With a pleasant nod in your direction, she hurries back to work. >look in case There's nothing in there. >look on case On the sparkling glass case you see a dark chocolate mint cookie embellished with a swirl of buttercream icing, a gooey dark molasses cookie topped with green and orange gummy trolls, an oversized sugar cookie richly iced to resemble a haunted house, a richly frosted butterscotch brownie strewn with candy autumn leaves, a liberally iced chocolate sugar cookie shaped like an arched back hissing cat, a pumpkin sandwich cookie stuffed with gooey marshmallow filling and a shortbread thumbprint cookie filled with generous dollop of cloudberry jam. >look on other case On the clear glass case you see a triple-decked tiramisu sandwich cookie stuffed with rich mocha filling, a creamy cheesecake bar generously garnished with brandied cherries, a gooey pecan bar heavily laced with cinnamon and rum, a goul-shaped gingerbread cookie sprinkled with crystallized sugar, a sassy cinna-wheel cookie glazed with vanilla icing, a cinnamon crinkle garnished with sugared plums and chopped hazelnuts and a blonde brownie piled with browned butter frosting and dotted with candy corn. >look on third case On the glass case you see a white chocolate macaroon drizzled with a web of velvety dark chocolate, a gooey fudge brownie piled with rich chocolate icing and topped with gummy bats, an apple-filled snickerdoodle sprinkled with cinnamon-sugar, a pumpkin bar with creamy browned butter frosting decorated with a candy pumpkin, a heavily spiced pumpkin cookie slathered with buttercream frosting, a vanilla sandwich cookie overflowing with fresh taffelberry jam and a white chocolate macaroon drizzled with a web of velvety dark chocolate. >look on rack On the baker's rack you see a creamy white linen cookie sack adorned with a pair of ruby cherries, a tattered burlap treat bag, a brightly patterned calico cookie sack clasped with a cloisonne taffleberry, a ruffled gingham cookie sack adorned with a crystal-dusted silver clasp, an ecru cookie sack embellished with chocolate-hued topazes, an unadorned burlap cookie sack and a mocha-brown cookie sack embroidered with cinnamon swirls. >look on other rack
