Anyone have any info on these things, how they work? Charges? Selling price?

Drop it and essentially it drains the mana of one type and increases another type (E.G. Drains Life mana and increases Elemental). Pretty sure it's a one shot deal per stone, but I've never actually seen one myself. They're pretty rare, but rather buggy so probably won't sell for much unless you find a collector of rare oddities.
