Rua'tin Peri'el keepers speak of t'deri birds that have been blessed to hear the song of Peri'el herself, imbuing their plumage with all manner of chromatic effect and retaining an essence of Her soothing song. Keepers perform uniquely developed enchants played on sacred sitars in an effort to beseech the birds to grace them with a fleeting visit. When such a blessing occurs, feathers can never be harvested directly and are only collected if the bird willingly sheds its plumage. It is rumored among the keepers that only a flawless performance can evoke such an offering, making the resultant Peri'el plumage fabric both highly rare and deeply revered.
Common Description
Meticulously woven plumage interwoven with palladium filaments form a rich, silken fabric with an airy drape and subtle, silvery sheen. Feathery strands occasionally flutter apart from any breeze, always accompanied by a faint, soothing melody.
