A pair of striking vipers, one skillfully molded from sungold and the other of moonsilver coil around alternate ends of the crossguard. The sheen of the sungold radiates a lifelike warmth while the blued moonsilver provides a soft glow, setting off the dark hues of the night diamonds set into each serpent's eyes. The bodies of the vipers spiral down a hollow hilt to create the weapon's grip, looping around a nightfire opal. Inscribed along the broad fuller is the word "Brutality" in heavy-handed script.

The shadowy black diamond pattern of the viper-skin undulates across the lootsack. The masterful construction allows for quiet stealth while performing complex maneuvers. Embroidered in the fabric along one of the straps are the words "Beware the Shadows."
