Game Helpfile
The STOP verb is used to stop certain actions you may be in the middle of performing. You may use this verb to stop singing or playing an instrument, stop teaching or listening to a teacher, or stop stalking someone. Syntax: STOP SING/PLAY/CHANT STOP TEACH <PERSON> STOP LISTEN STOP STALK STOP CLIMB
Notes
- The response depends on both the activity and its current state. For example, STOP STALK says "You're not stalking anything though." when idle, while STOP CLIMB says "You weren't practicing your climbing skills anyway."
- STOP TEACH can end a class, cancel a pending teaching offer, or report that you are not teaching anyone. STOP TEACH <PERSON> affects only the named student.
- STOP LISTEN can still end the listening state after the teacher has left, in which case it reports, "You stop listening to your class."
