The sewing kit allows one to potentially expand the capacity of a 'spacious' container. Spacious containers are a particular type of special container that commonly allow a specific number of items of any size and shape to fit within.
The sewing kit will add +5 capacity to such a container, up to a maximum of 20. The sewing kit cannot be used to add capacity beyond 20, and if using it would exceed that, it will be capped to 20 (you won't gain the full +5 the sewing kit could otherwise add to a lesser container.)
While holding the sewing kit and a spacious container, you can APPLY the sewing kit to the container for confirmation and finalization.
