Description:	The Dinazen Olkar spell creates an edged rope of shadows that attempts to rip body parts away from the target.

Example Messaging:	You gesture at a sleazy lout. A noose of darkest shadows forms in your hands. With a flick of your wrist, you send it flying at a sleazy lout! The noose wraps around and closes straight through its chest. Everything above the chest separates completely from what's left below it, cutting it in two.
