PART 2 You frankly say, "Most folk know Damaris by his work with shadows and stabbing which is true." You reverently say, "He also works with dreams and night time." You ponder. Crobin nods to you. You teasingly say, "We happen to do a lot of soul restoration but I do not think we get to claim that one yet." Sothios whistles a merry tune. Sothios grins. You playfully tilt your ears in opposite directions. Darkewolff smiles at Sothios. You excitedly say, "What we are gathered here today for is his other aspects." You faithfully say, "Today we will be asking for his talents in recon, finding and sometimes sharing secrets, as well as his fierce protection of children." You affectionately say, "Oftentimes I extrapolate the word children to include those less fortunate than oneself. Which might be a new adventurer or someone a few plat short for a pair of new boots, or someone with an unfulfilled dream that i can help with." You grin mischievously. Type CANCEL to prematurely cancel the offer. You say, "Many thanks..." Klausette says to you, "You should keep it." Poshly grins. Gragnel carefully places a rotund temple rat on his shoulder. You tap a red velvet pirate's hat with a single black feathered plume that you are wearing. You nod. Your ears sag slightly in relaxation, as you smile contentedly.
After party chatter Poshly asks, "So is this crew going to the next thingie?" You nod. You say, "Aye." You say, "Loitering a bit to catch my... i think my soul got so elated it left me a moment." You nod. Klausette smiles at you. Poshly nods to you. Poshly says, "The cupcakes probably took a lot out of you." You nod. Sothios says, "Damaris showed ...." Gragnel pats you on the back. Sothios gazes at you. Klausette nods at Sothios, obviously agreeing with his views. You smile. Sothios emits a rumbling purr, like a large mountain cat. Darkewolff nods. Klausette says, "I felt Him for sure." You say, "He knew i was upset not hosting in the grove...." Darkewolff says, "The eyes set agaze upon us all." Gragnel says, "Yes, and he is not one for grand displays. So what we witnessed few have ever seen." You say, "Brought the grove here." You nod. Poshly says, "That was pretty great to be honest. A tribute to a well run event." Poshly nods to you. You nod at Gragnel, in complete agreement with his views. Poshly winks at Sothios. Sothios nods to Poshly. Gragnel idly picks at a glowing Damaris orb. Darkewolff reaches down and rubs Klausette's back. Poshly says, "I've decided you're all my best friends now." Darkewolff says, "I need a couple orbs." You say, "Alright." Darkewolff smiles. Poshly nods. Darkewolff has accepted your offer and is now holding a somber black haversack. You grin mischievously. Darkewolff says to you, "Thank you." Darkewolff smiles. You say, "Can take all of them." Darkewolff says, "Alright then." Darkewolff chuckles. You giggle. You say, "You know how many i carve." Gragnel says, "Can always make more beads." DARKEWOLFF TAKES ALL MY CRYSTAL PANTER BEADS! You playfully tilt your ears in opposite directions. Gragnel chuckles. Darkewolff hugs you, and you give him a smile in return. You hug Darkewolff who gives you a smile in return. Darkewolff says to you, "Thank you very much. I will put them to good use in the coming days." You nod. As you reach for Poshly's hand, he politely pulls away. You exclaim to Poshly, "I thought we were best friends!" Darkewolff says to Klausette, "Here we go." As Gragnel starts to place his Damaris orb on the altar it leaps from his hand and suddenly glows brightly, hovering just above the altar before it bursts into a flash of excruciatingly beautiful light which instead of dissipating, streaks around the area as tendrils of light representing every color of the rainbow. Then, an instant later, the multicolored lights gather around Gragnel and mix together, forming a white mass of brightness which completely obscures him from sight. Slowly, it appears to seep into Gragnel, until all the light is gone and Gragnel appears somehow changed. Gragnel beams! Poshly says, "We are." Poshly joins your group. You let out a hearty cheer for Gragnel! Gragnel winks at you. Darkewolff chuckles. Poshly says, "The bestest." You say, "Moving in 3." |
