* Messenger Miraena just joined the adventure.

[General][Miraena] "Hello Adventurers? My name is Miraena. I am sure you are quite busy, but I would like to speak to any of you who have a few moments. I am in the Taelbert's Inn Bar."

[Taelbert's Inn, Bar]
Bursts of laughter and excited shouts ring out from a game of dice being played at a corner table. Other tables and chairs are scattered haphazardly through the room, but most of the regulars perch on high stools near the bar. Apparently, the view of the buxom barmaid is more enticing from that angle. You also see a horned phantom thrall, a barmaid and the menu.
Also here: Light of the World Gwenddolyn who is surrounded by a corona of fiery light, Sir Imroth, Godspeaker Harsh who is shrouded in ghostly flames, Deathbeing, War Healer Misteeus whose form wavers within a roiling cloud of blue smoke, Firehawk Casari, Enchantress Onara, Elfesya, Desert Dancer Zersha, Thinker Couri, Numinist Nevali, Rozalynde, Aryss, Viknal, Messenger Miraena and Life Weaver Ysilda.
Obvious exits: east.

Intern Rhainn just arrived.

Harsh hugs you, and you give him a smile in return.

Zersha says to Miraena, "It's nice to meet you, Miraena, I'm Zersha."

Harsh smiles.

With a graceful movement of her hands, Zersha lowers her head and sinks into a formal curtsy to you.

>hug harsh
You hug Harsh.

>grin hars
You grin at Harsh.

Rhainn smiles.

Miraena formally says, "My village, and countless others like mine, have been under siege by destructive events such as swirling vortexes of wind and light, animals dying unexpectedly, crystal formations erupting from the ground, and people going missing."

Rhainn says, "Hello friends."

Gwenddolyn says, "Nice to meet you Miraena, I am Gwenddolyn."

Imroth bows to you.

Mageling Aerilia just arrived.

Rhainn smiles at Miraena.

Onara smiles at you, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Zersha blinks at Miraena.

Gwenddolyn asks, "Where exactly is your village?"

Zersha comes and stands near you.

>grin ona
You grin at Onara.

Miraena formally says, "Recently, the Heralds bestowed upon me a flood of visions to warn me about the effects of sorcerous magic."

Harsh quietly says, "We met but it is always your pleasure to meet me again, I am Harsh. In name only, mostly."

>smil zer
You smile at Zersha.

Harsh tips his blob to Miraena with a courteous nod.

Miraena nods to Harsh.

Miraena formally says, "They made it clear to me that our world will continue to experience more and more disastrous effects should nothing change."

Miraena takes in a deep breath of air before releasing it slowly.

>gaze mira thought
You gaze thoughtfully at Miraena.

Miraena formally says, "I am here to petition adventurers to cease all use of sorcerous magic."

Zersha gazes thoughtfully at Miraena.

>l rhai
You see Intern Rhainn of Elanthia, an Elothean.
Rhainn has an oval face, gold-flecked amber eyes and a straight nose. Her lavender-streaked blonde hair is very long and wavy, and is worn in an artfully tousled style threaded with some shimmery lava sphalerite flames. She has tanned skin and a well-defined figure.
She is tall for an Elothean.
A sprinkle of fireflies made of scintillating gold-backed opal float lazily around her right forearm, glowing with a lustrous sheen against her skin.
She appears to be young.
A trio of oceanic orichalcum chains dangle freely over the bridge of her nose, strung between Drogor's Wrath sapphire studs. The phthalo-blue metal casts off fragmented reflections of its surroundings.
She is in good shape.

She is wearing a firestorm samite coat shimmering with pale hues reminiscent of white-hot flames, a crisp high-collared silverweave shirt with a rakishly tied brocade cravat, a battered whitleather surgical case with a crow-shaped vengeance ruby clasp, some exquisitely tailored firestorm samite trousers and some dainty fiery scarlet spun glitter slippers fit with polished glitvire heels.

Gwenddolyn says, "Where exactly is your village? I am curious."

Miraena formally says, "I am asking that you do this for the good of the common men and women who live each and every day around you, and for the ones you do not see... like myself, my village, and my family."

Miraena frowns.

Zersha nibbles her lip thoughtfully.

Miraena formally says, "Thank you for your time."

Viknal nods to Miraena.

Miraena curtsies.

Rhainn says, "I will make that pledge."

Casari looks at Miraena and applauds!

Imroth folds his arms across his chest.

Miraena beams at Rhainn!

>l mirae
You see Messenger Miraena, Voice of the Heralds of Elanthia, a Human.
Miraena has a heart-shaped face, sparkling gold eyes and a small nose. Her mouse brown hair is short and wavy. She has rosy skin and a plump figure.
She is tall for a Human.

She is holding an oak peasant's walking stick in her right hand and a blue iris in her left.
She is wearing a tanned doeskin longcoat painted with a spreading oak tree on the back, a craftsman's satchel, a homespun blue wool cap, a burlap tunic layered under a weathered leather vest, some burlap workman's pants and some weathered leather sandals with burnished brass buckles.

Miraena stands near Rhainn.

Zersha quietly says to you, "I can't really pledge to give up something I don't do."

Gwenddolyn folds her arms across her chest.

Viknal says to Miraena, "Thank you for sharing your words."

Miraena asks Rhainn, "Would you let me know your name, Adventurer?"

Onara nods to Miraena.

Rhainn says, "I am Rhainn."

Rhainn curtsies to Miraena.

Onara says, "I have never used socerous magic myself."

Zersha nods at Onara, obviously agreeing with her views.

Miraena says to Rhainn, "Adventurer Rhainn, please accept this iris grown by my own two hands as a symbol of what you have pledged."

Miraena offers Rhainn a blue iris.

Rhainn accepts Miraena's blue iris.

Gwenddolyn says, "Neither have I but her reluctance to answer my question is concerning."

Rhainn says, "Thank you."

Casari says, "You asked it in the middle of her speech."

You hear a voice say, "Its a village a few days to the west, its a small village and its unnamed."

Miraena says, "This is a far greater audience than I have had before, if you would all be so kind as to let this farmer take her time to answer your questions."

Miraena blushes a bright red color.

Miraena says, "I will do my best to speak with you all."

Gwenddolyn says, "I would prefer that she answer herself."

Aerilia shifts her weight.

>smil mirae
You smile at Miraena.

Nevali says, "I got a question or two, after."

Knight Errant Trajan just arrived.

You hear a female Elf voice say, "Just assisting her in questions she's already previously answered."

Miraena smiles.

Zersha appears to be trying hard not to grin.

Elfesya searches around for a moment.

Elfesya searches around for a moment.

Miraena says, "Thank you hidden voice."

Miraena says, "Yes, my village is many days to the west by foot from here."

RYou hear a voice say, "Why of course. Its what I do. I'm the most helpful person here Crossing."

Zersha laughs softly, trying to hide her amusement.

Couri says, "Hae other villages committed ta nae sorcery? Not usin it piecemeal is easy enough. but nae helpful if'n othere nae agree. And I myself nae usin it e'er."

Casari says, "The hidden one is Sofina."

Elfesya points at Sofina, ruining her hiding place.

[General][Harsh] "our guest at the bar is petitioning the crowd to cease using sorcery. This is something anyone casting should take interest in"

Zersha quietly says to Elfesya, "I wouldn't."

Enchantress Onara drifts east.

Miraena beams at Couri!

Enchantress Onara just arrived.

Harsh blinks.

Elfesya peers quizzically at Zersha.

Miraena asks Couri, "May I give you an iris as thanks?"

Miraena gets a blue iris from inside her craftsman's satchel.

Sofina glares at Elfesya.

Enchantress Onara just arrived.

Gwenddolyn says, "An unnamed village is concerning."

You hear a voice say, "Mind your fingers."

Couri says, "Of course."

Onara sits down on the oak chair.

Miraena offers Couri a blue iris.

Couri accepts Miraena's blue iris.

Miraena asks Couri, "And your name?"

Zersha says to Elfesya in Ilithic, "She gets cranky when people do that."

Rhainn brushes the surface of her bone amulet and begins to reel! She clutches her head in pain!

Couri says, "I be Couri Fearfly, trader."

Elfesya shrugs.

Miraena curtsies to Couri.

Couri curtsies.

Couri nods.

Harsh folds his arms across his chest.

Miraena says to Couri, "Thank you, Adventurer Couri."

Miraena beams!

Gwenddolyn shakes her head.

Sultry Siren Crowfeet just arrived.

Crowfeet scoffs.

Harsh just hugged Crowfeet.

Crowfeet just hugged Harsh.

Harsh quietly says, "Everyone, Mildred has arrived."

Harsh lets out a hearty cheer for Crowfeet!

Crowfeet snickers.

Crowfeet sweeps a white-plumed captain's hat of fine black felt off her head and in front of her in a large arc, fluidly stepping backward and bowing at the same time.

Miraena says to Gwenddolyn, "There are many villages that do not have formal names. Sometimes we are just a few houses pushed together, othertimes very spread out. We do not have need for a name, other than our Village."

Crowfeet exclaims, "Yes, I am here!"

Rhainn says, "I think we must take a stand. I chose to stand against sorcery, with Miraena. It may not be popular, but I've lived my life this way, and I stand with her."

Gwenddolyn says, "I know that oculars can exist anywhere, so I do have concerns."

Harsh nods at you, obviously agreeing with your views.

Zersha blinks at Gwenddolyn.

Zersha glances at Miraena.

Zersha gnaws on her lip.

Harsh gazes off into the distance.

Miraena quietly says to Zersha, "I'm not sure I know what an ocular is, but I'm fairly certain I am not one."

Miraena laughs softly, trying to hide her amusement.

Gwenddolyn waves to Crowfeet.

[General][Ymaira] "I have stopped using sorcery personally, so has others that I am friends with"

Zersha says to Gwenddolyn in Ilithic, "Do you see Oculars often? If so, you might want to see someone about that..."

Viknal smirks.

Crowfeet says, "I am petitioning for people to not stop using Sorcery because what else would Harsh do with his time."

Crowfeet makes a grunting noise.

Crowfeet folds her arms across her chest.

Crowfeet waves to Gwenddolyn.

Harsh beams at Crowfeet!

Crowfeet says, "I'm jesting of course."

Gwenddolyn laughs at Crowfeet.

Harsh loudly boos Crowfeet.

Nevali quietly says, "Why do oculars living in a trash can have such good eyesight? 'Cos they're binoculars."

Misteeus laughs!

>grin crow wry
You give Crowfeet a wry grin.

Miraena indicates her walking stick with a smile.

Zersha says to Miraena, "They're creatures that can take the shape of anyone."

Casari appears to be trying hard not to grin.

Miraena gazes at Zersha.

Imroth asks, "Anyone AoT so I can hear the conversation?"

[General][Rhadyn] "Me too. Never touch the stuff."

Imroth clears his throat.

Miraena peers down at herself, looking over her arms, hands, torso, and legs.

Harsh quietly says, "Well, I'm doin it right now. What you think of them apples pal."

Harsh pokes Crowfeet in the ribs.

Olkerde just arrived.

Gwenddolyn says, "And claim to be someone they are not."

Miraena quietly says, "No, I believe I am just a farmer."

>grin imr
You grin at Imroth.

Casari nods to Imroth.

Zersha grins at Miraena, her dimples flashing into view.

Crowfeet squints at Miraena.

Crowfeet looks over Miraena very closely.

Miraena quietly asks Casari, "Was there any other questions I missed so far?"

Medir just arrived.

You hear a voice say, "I have a question."

Harsh quietly asks, "Are you a disguised gnome?"

Harsh gazes at Miraena.

Harsh squints.

Casari says to Miraena, "Oh, umm... I may have missed some, too. I've been looking out for something else."

Crowfeet asks, "What is subdermal keratosis?"

Miraena laughs at Harsh.

Miraena asks Harsh, "Wouldn't that be amazing?"

>nod medir
You nod to Medir.

Imroth looks over Miraena very closely.

[General][Kzin] "does almanac sorvery count^"

[General][Iraise] "I've stopped using sorcery but still listen to classes."

Harsh quietly says, "That wasnt a no."

Gwenddolyn says, "The name of your village would be helpful in confirming your origin."

Harsh narrows his eyes.

Miraena nods to Casari.

Medir waves.

Onara waves to Medir.

Zersha says to Gwenddolyn, "She already said it didn't have one."

Miraena asks, "Yes Sofina-voice-from-hiding?"

Crowfeet says, "Is that like a strange goo."

Medir says, "Evenin'."

Gwenddolyn says, "Every village has a name."

[General][Collain] "Stop Finger Waggling 450 with guest speaker Rhadyn."

Miraena laughs at Gwenddolyn.

You hear a voice ask, "I've heard that you've recently claimed to no longer, um, whats the word....um...I guess support the Immortals anymore? What made you change your mind about them?"

Deathbeing just left.

[General][Rhadyn] "Now accepting early enrollees."

Harsh quietly says to Crowfeet, "That was not sorcery at all."

Harsh gazes at his fingernails.

Miraena says, "Adventurers can certainly seem very far removed from the day to day life of those of us so far outside of the cities."

Gwenddolyn says, "It is not funny, though laughing at others tends to hide the truth."

Aerilia folds her arms across her chest.

Crowfeet grins at Harsh.

Zersha asks Gwenddolyn, "Are you trying to be dense or does it come naturally?"

Viknal says to Miraena, "Thank you for trekking days away from your village to deliver such a message to warn others regarding the perils faced outside of these protected wall."

You hear someone laugh.

You hear a voice say, "Oh Zersha."

You hear the sound of someone cackling!

Miraena says, "Oh, I believe in the Immortals. I served them day in and day out, as a proper farmer would."

Gwenddolyn says, "My intelligence is not what is in question."

Nevali raises her hand.

Crowfeet blushes a bright red color.

Zersha glances at Gwenddolyn.

Casari laughs softly, trying to hide her amusement.

Medir smiles at Harsh.

Harsh quietly says to Medir, "That was not sorcery."

Raising his Darkstone Whiskey to Harsh, Medir gives him a toast.

Zersha says to Gwenddolyn, "I agree, it's not."

Nevali asks Miraena, "My question, when you have time to think on it... does the idea of a tall Kaldar woman, with short white hair, have any significance to you?"

Zersha gazes at her fingernails.

Miraena says, "But, since being graced by the Heralds, I see now that there is a power far above them... and the Heralds are giving us this opportunity to save ourselves. So for now, I have pledged myself to their calling."

Couri asks, "That sounded past tense, do ye no longer serve them?"

Zersha glances quickly around, looking confused.

You hear someone giggle.

Zersha chortles softly at some secret joke.

[General][Ymaira] "one can not help what the almanacs give you, you are not actually practicing it, just learning"

Harsh blinks.

Gwenddolyn squints.

[General][Rhadyn] "If you are interest we hold classes at the Asemath Academy. To register first head to Aesry, then..."

Couri says, "Hmm."

[General][Kzin] "Rhadyn is a closet finger waggler... Rhadyn, nobody believes you hang on to those imnera runestones because you like sky blue... you just hope that ONE DAY you can make a pleasant breeze..."

You hear someone babbling incoherently.

Miraena says to Couri, "If we are able to stop the use of sorcery, and there is a world in which for us to continue living, yes I will most likely go back to serving them on a day to day basis."

[General][Dartwin] "I've taken the class before. They ask us to eat runestones. I'll have to admit it's an aquired taste only for some. And rough on the teeth."

Miraena says, "But the very fate of the world is at peril right now. My immediate concern is that."

Aryss asks, "I don't expect you have any real insight, as you're just a messanger, but do you have any response or thoughts about those who believe more sorcery is the answer? Or that sorcery has little to do with it at all?"

[General][Rhadyn] "Oh, my sapper axe takes care of runestones just fine thank you"

Imroth asks Miraena, "What is it like when the Heralds speak to you?"

Miraena says to Aryss, "They are wrong."

Miraena frowns at Aryss.

Aerilia nibbles her lip thoughtfully.

Harsh quietly says, "I mean."

[General][Keirran] "Just don't eat beans before you decide to make that pleasant breeze"

Harsh gazes upward.

Miraena says, "If more sorcery was the answer, wouldn't the world be getting better? More and more Adventurers use sorcery every day, and things are only growing worse."

>lean second bar
You lean against the bar.

Exalted Monk Maintain just arrived.

Harsh tips his blob to Maintain with a courteous nod.

Crowfeet ponders.

Harsh bows to Maintain.

Gwenddolyn nods to Maintain.

Maintain bows to Harsh.

Viknal says to Miraena, "Not this one."

>gaze mira
You gaze at Miraena.

Maintain bows to Gwenddolyn.

Zersha nods to Viknal.

[General][Renni] "Heh"

You hear a female Elf voice say, "Some of us are..unable..to stop."

Miraena smiles at Viknal.

Viknal smiles at Miraena.

Medir says to Miraena, "I did wonder if y'had any more visions or contacts or experiences since we last spoke. I'm glad, at least, t'see you at a better catered establishment."

Zersha asks, "Will those of us not balance out those who do?"

Aryss says, "There have been several new faces in the crossing lately, and it seems each and everyone has a different view on the matter."

Viknal says to Miraena, "And no intentions to even start."

>l viknal
You see Viknal, a Human.
Viknal has a triangular face, sparkling emerald eyes and a classical nose. His blonde hair is short and straight. He has tanned skin and an athletic build.
He is tall for a Human.
He appears to be an adult.
He has a long thick mustache on his upper lip and a thick shaggy beard.
He is in good shape.

He is wearing a lightweight void-black sallet chased in quelium flames, some lightweight void-black gauntlets chased in quelium flames, some lightweight void-black half plate chased in quelium flames, a gleaming oravir knight's chain displaying a tower-shaped soulstone, a faded muslin backpack clasped with an agonite gargoyle medallion, a wide leather war belt with an agonite-inlaid gargoyle buckle, an embroidered black spidersilk tool bag with a bronze seven-pointed star clasp, a sleek thigh quiver covered in whipsnake skins, some void-black light plate greaves chased in quelium flames, a black Taisidon silkcress baldric, a wide quelium ankle cuff inset with ocean's heart diamonds, a sanowret crystal, a divine charm, a bent copper ring engraved with the Estate Holder's crest and some faded pants.

Aerilia says to Miraena, "I realize this may be confusing, but it's been suggested that performing sorcery in -certain locations- may be able to help tilt the balance back to normal. We're trying to learn more about that."

Miraena says, "Every person who stops helps bring the balance back. It is like having a dam with a dozen holes... you have to start with one, then the next, then the next."

Harsh quietly says to Maintain, "This one is claiming there is a force more powerful than the gods."

Harsh motions to Miraena.

Harsh nods to Maintain.

Maintain frowns.

Miraena gazes at Aerilia.

Medir nods to Maintain.

Medir smiles.

Maintain bows to Medir.

[General][Ymaira] "now they ask us to stop maling visits to grandma's house, that could be an issue with a lot of us"

Gwenddolyn asks, "So plugging the holes would in effect keep the Immortals out?"

>l maint
You see Exalted Monk Maintain Rayner, Black Dog of Idon, a Rakash Cleric.
A holy aura of malevolence emanates from Maintain, the darkness exuding a disturbing black radiance.
Maintain has a stern face with an expansive scar winding across the forehead and terminating through the left eyebrow, cold Xibar-blue eyes and an aquiline nose. His raven hair is short and silky, and is worn teased. He has pale skin and a well-defined build.
He is of commanding height for a Rakash.
He appears to be mature.
He has a tattoo of an intricate Rissan cross-hatch tribal pattern in blue, black, and red hues that wends its way from the back of the left hand to the bicep. At the shoulder, the colors transition into a choking vine sprouting a purple-black hellebore blossom. A black wolf pup spills free from the blossom, seemingly intent on joining another black wolf pup seated on a rocky cliff gazing at Yavash's red face shining across the surface of the Xibar-blue ocean on his arm.
A shadowy orb rippling with silver arcs of light hovers like a will-o-wisp, following him diligently.

He is wearing a taffelberry-black sanowret crystal etched with a siege of herons, a timeless silver brooch trailing a moon coral crow, a tattered dark blue Imperial weave shroud with silver fittings, a Katamba-black shadesatin odaj secured with a howlite varna, a grey leather armband adorned with onyx carvings, a darkened silver ring engraved with a seven-pointed star, a pair of charcoal grey seasilk pants and some demonscale itinerant's boots with dulled silver fittings.

Crowfeet asks Miraena, "And this comes from the Heralds themselves?"

Viknal says to Miraena, "Even a dam must be allowed to release something, or risk and overflow."

Sofina reveals herself.

Elfesya frowns sofina

Miraena nods to Crowfeet.

Crowfeet gives a slight nod.

[General][Rhadyn] "Ah, the old male visits to grandma's house. Memories, memories."

You hear a voice say, "It takes more muscles to frown than it does to smile, you should smile at me more often."

>l elfes
You see Elfesya, an Elf.
A diffuse, honey-colored light undulates lazily across her skin, swirling and eddying with every movement.
Elfesya has a triangular face, pointed ears, almond-shaped crystal green eyes and a small nose. Her honey hair is very long and straight. She has fair skin and a slender figure.
She is average height for an Elf.

She is wearing a baby blue dergatine cloak trimmed with gold braid, a clear glass charm etched with a floral motif, a metal chain shirt, a black leather belt and some pale green leggings.

Miraena says, "Yes, the Heralds provided me a vision that showed what would happen to the world, to the people we love, if we continue on this path."

Zersha giggles a little oddly.

Imroth asks, "Why did the all-powerful Heralds choose a farmer girl as their messenger?"

Imroth points at Sofina, ruining her hiding place.

Imroth grins at Sofina.

Miraena looks at Imroth and blushes.

Elfesya smirks at Sofina.

Gwenddolyn nods at Imroth, obviously agreeing with his views.

Miraena says to Imroth, "I cannot answer that, I'm sorry."

Medir chuckles.

Crowfeet says to Imroth, "There is power in Innocense."

Imroth says, "Fair enough."

Zersha says, "It seems to me that she speaks for the people that we tend to take for granted."

Miraena beams at Zersha!

[General][Iraise] "I will never stop visiting grandma."

Couri asks, "And what do the Heralds know of our missing people? We hae been told that sorcery may help ta return them? Is it death of one ta save the many the Heralds would advise?"

Rhainn nods at Crowfeet, obviously agreeing with her views.

Aryss says, "And, if I may ask for another opinion, from what I've been able to gather, the Herald's, whom you are a messanger of, are accused of basically kidnapping several beloved members of the adventuring community."

Aryss coughs.

Aryss says to Couri, "Pardon."

Miraena says, "Yes, that is who I am here for. Those of us who do not practice magic, who are not as travelled and adventurous as you all. We do not have the means by which to stop sorcery, other than to... ask."

[General][Dartwin] "Nothing to fret, can always stop by MAMAs' house."

Miraena says, "Beg, if need be."

Zersha gives Miraena a slight nod.

Medir asks, "And if that fails?"

Medir ponders.

Casari says, "Someone correct me if I heard him wrong, but it seemed like Asildu doesn't think the Heralds even perceive individuality among mortals, so Miraena's receipt of the visions... could have been accidental or random."

Miraena says, "If that fails, then there will be no world to save any more."

Crowfeet says, "Her."

Miraena says, "I have no choice but to do this."

Maintain quietly says to Harsh, "This unlearned monk is familiar with the idea. But admittedly, his focus is on the interactions of Holy magic with extraplanar objects and..."

Crowfeet says, "Or him."

Medir gives a slight nod.

Crowfeet says, "I'm so confused."

Miraena quietly says, "And please forgive me if you have asked a question I have not answered. There are many voices. I will do my best to answer as many as I can."

Aryss nods to Miraena.

Zersha quietly says to Miraena, "You should ask them to raise their hands and take turns."

Zersha looks at Miraena, obviously trying not to grin, but the dimples in her cheeks give her away.

Miraena says to Nevali, "You asked about a tall Kaldar woman with short white hair. I'm sorry, I do not recognize that description."

[General][Rhadyn] "Now it's starting to make sense why I see so many people hunting cougars."

Nevali nods to Miraena.

Aryss studies the faces around her.

Harsh quietly says to Maintain, "There must be a way to draw the truth out. I am not convinced we are being given it presently."

Nevali asks Miraena, "Do you know about the First Land Herald? The Newspapers?"

Viknal asks Miraena, "Perhaps their visions will be more insightful if you can be more descriptive regarding them, share the specific visions as best you can recall?"

Miraena asks Zersha, "Would you be able to coordinate that for me?"

Gwenddolyn asks, "Is it true that plugging the holes will essentially also keep the Immortals out?"

Harsh quietly says, "Terrifying thought."

Zersha says to Miraena, "I can do my best."

Harsh nods to Gwenddolyn.

Crowfeet exclaims to Harsh, "Do you want me to hold her down and you tickle her toes until she tells the truth?!"

>grin zersh
You grin at Zersha.

Harsh quietly says, "Yick, feet."

Harsh blanches.

>praise zersh
You praise Zersha.

Miraena says, "Yes please, Zersha will help me so that I will not miss your questions."

Zersha loudly says, "If people could please raise their hands and I'll point to them, allowing Miraena to answer each person without being overwhelmed."

Zersha stands near Miraena.

Maintain folds his arms across his chest.

Miraena says to Nevali, "I have heard only passing about the First Land Herald, but I have not seen one."

Medir shakes his Darkstone Whiskey!

Nevali nods to Miraena.

Nevali says, "Thanks."

Miraena smiles at Nevali.

Crowfeet raises her hand.

Zersha points at Crowfeet.

Zersha smiles at Crowfeet, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Intern Rhainn goes east.

Nevali says to Miraena, "Lemme know if you want me to explain why I asked."

Gwenddolyn says, "She heard my question."

Crowfeet asks, "I just want to make this clear. You, little farm girl, know nothing about the missing adventurers, correct?"

Miraena frowns at Crowfeet.

Couri raises her hand.

Miraena says, "I have heard from other Adventurers that you have lost some of those you care for."

Imroth glances at Crowfeet.

Crowfeet says, "I'm just trying to clarify that's all."

Medir offers Onara a shot of Darkstone Whiskey.

Miraena says, "I'm sorry, but no, I do not know anything."

Onara accepts Medir's Darkstone Whiskey.

Onara smiles at Medir, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Harsh quietly says, "A direct answer."

Harsh snaps his fingers.

Miraena says, "I have been asked if the Heralds could be responsible, and that seems very unlikely to me."

Miraena ponders.

Zersha beams at Miraena!

Medir nods to Onara.

Onara nods to Medir.

Zersha points at Couri.

Miraena says, "If I may have one more moment to answer that."

>grin harsh wry
You give Harsh a wry grin.

Couri asks, "And what do the Heralds know of our missing people? We hae been told that sorcery may help ta return them? Is it death of one ta save the many the Heralds would advise?"

Zersha dimples at Couri.

Tear Reaper Tambellis just arrived.

Zersha quietly says to Miraena, "Sorry, I thought you were done with that one."

Miraena nods to Zersha.

Tezirite Luna just arrived.

Miraena says, "The Heralds are beings of almost incomprehensible power. I can barely even understand it, and they graced me directly with the knowledge."

Crowfeet says to Couri, "You didn't raise your hand."

Luna peers quizzically at Miraena.

Onara gets a shot of Darkstone Whiskey from atop the bar.

Zersha says to Crowfeet, "She did."

Zersha grins at Crowfeet, her dimples flashing into view.

Crowfeet exclaims, "Doh!"

Harsh quietly says to Crowfeet, "Haha you're out."

Crowfeet snaps her fingers once and looks sheepish.

Zersha giggles at Harsh.

Medir furrows his brow.

Miraena says, "Thinking that the Heralds would kidnap some of your friends is like... think the thunderstorm is paying attention to five specific raindrops."

Viknal gets a shot of Darkstone Whiskey from atop the bar.

Luna gazes down at her hands.

Aerilia tilts her head to one side.

Elfesya grins.

Onara smiles at Viknal, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Miraena says, "They simply would not be concerned with five of us specifically."

Trajan says, "But these Heralds chose one specific raindrop to represent them to other mortals."

Trajan raises an eyebrow in Miraena's direction.

Couri says, "Thank ye, though still connfused what ta do."

Heart Tender Kethrai just arrived.

Imroth ponders.

Onara smiles at Kethrai, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Harsh quietly says, "Five of you, specifically, five missing friends. Precisely."

>l trajan
You see Knight Errant Trajan Thangar of Therengia, a Human Paladin.
Trajan has a square-jawed face, piercing crystal blue eyes and a straight nose. He has cropped deep blue-streaked black hair, with tanned skin and an athletic build.
He has a tattoo of a fierce gold eagle surrounded by a blazing corona of vivid blue flames on his forearm.

He is wearing a polished solid gold heart, a hooded battle shroud of pure white steelsilk fastened at the shoulder with a sapphire accented gold clasp, a polished gold Therengian battle helm with a sculpted steel face plate, an articulated suit of Therengian battle armor crafted from several seamlessly interlocking plates of polished gold metal, some polished gold gauntlets, an enruned war shield forged from a smooth golden metal, a pure white steelsilk tabard emblazoned with the image of a shimmering gold eagle engulfed in a swirling mass of glowing blue flames, a royal blue leather warrior's satchel fastened by a braided gold steelsilk strap, an antique ivory-inlaid weapon harness with glowing sunstone trim, a royal blue lionskin battle pack with an engraved gold plate set on the flap, a royal blue arm pouch, an intricate silversteel wristcuff accented with a moon pearl eagle, a luminescent blue steelsilk pouch cinched with a cord of shimmering gold rope and a pair of pure white lionskin boots with luminous golden wings.

Harsh ponders.

Crowfeet holds up five fingers.

Medir scratches his head.

>smil keth
You smile at Kethrai.

Harsh tips his blob to Kethrai with a courteous nod.

Veteran Apprentice Anuril just arrived.

Kethrai waves.

Luna gazes at Onara.

Nevali nods to Harsh.

Miraena says, "They have given me the opportunity to help us save ourselves. They are not telling us to stop sorcery for their benefit, but for ours."

Anuril steps towards Kethrai to join him, but Kethrai steps away.

Onara smiles at Anuril, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Medir raises his hand.

Anuril grins.

Anuril takes his rightful place beside Kethrai.

Anuril nods to Onara.

Aryss ponders.

Zersha quietly asks Miraena, "Give me a nod or something when you're done, so I know when to move on?"

>grin anur
You grin at Anuril.

Light of the World Gwenddolyn goes east.

Miraena quietly says to Zersha, "Thank you, I will."

Viknal smirks at Zersha.

Primal World Ender Dartwin just arrived.

Harsh tips his blob to Dartwin with a courteous nod.

Harsh shakes Dartwin's hand.

Zersha smiles at Miraena, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Anuril's cambrinth spiderling emits a startled "hiss!"

Dartwin shakes Harsh's hand.

>pinch cloak
You idly pick at a pale green leather cloak lined with white rabbit fur.

Miraena says, "My heart breaks for the loss of your friends, but please remember that we have lost people in our villages, too."

Dartwin grins.

Zersha winks at Viknal.

>shak head valy
You cluck your tongue and shake your head.

Rozalynde raises her hand.

Miraena says, "They have died in these vortexes, they have gone missing, they have been trapped in crystals, they have been killed while trying to rebuild out homes."

Medir observes Miraena with fascination.

Zersha frowns at Miraena.

Dartwin's feet are dripping with water. Pools of it are forming all around him.

Zersha appears calmer than she did a moment ago.

Crowfeet appears to be listening intently for something.

[General][Harsh] "our guest has in the past denied outright being a dragon, but when asked if was a gnome in disguise i got no denial"

Medir quietly says, "Trapped... i'crystals..."

Miraena says, "If we do not want to lose more, we must fix the imbalance. And to fix that, we must stop the use of sorcery, as much as possible."

[General][Rhadyn] "Makes sense since dragons don't exist"

Nevali quietly says to Harsh, "I had this crazy idea that the five people have been able to send out psychic waves, which manifested in the five strangers we've met since their disappearance. And that Navesi's pyschic wave manifested in Miraena, since Navesi is said to be anti-sorcery, and runs the First Land Herald... and Miraena then comes with her anti-sorcery message from the Heralds..."

Miraena says, "Every person who ceases using sorcery brings us closer to balance."

Miraena slowly empties her lungs.

Zersha pats Miraena on the back.

Miraena quietly says to Zersha, "Thank you for giving me that moment."

Zersha nods to Miraena.

Luna scoffs.

Miraena quietly says to Zersha, "I'm ready for the next question."

Zersha quietly asks Couri, "Was your questions answered by that?"

Anuril raises his hand.

Viknal says, "I know nothing about these adventurers taken, nor do I care."

Couri says, "Aye and nae, but expected."

Casari glances at Viknal.

Zersha grins at Couri, her dimples flashing into view.

Viknal says, "I care about the world ending."

Zersha points at Medir.

Zersha smiles at Medir, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Miraena hitches up the waistband of her workman's pants.

Medir points at himself.

Zersha nods to Medir.

Zersha giggles.

Miraena nods to Viknal.

Medir says, "Ach I'm not used to this hand thing."

Tambellis joylessly says, "I think I've killed roughly...3000 sorcery using Adan'f per day for the last 2 years, If that's not fixing the balance I'm not sure what else to do."

Medir says, "Only raisin' a toast."

Zersha exclaims to Medir, "No question then, I can move to the next!"

Miraena says, "And please, if anyone is ready to pledge to stop sorcery, speak up."

Zersha points at Rozalynde.

Zersha smiles at Rozalynde, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Casari says to Tambellis, "Good point."

Medir says to Miraena, "I was jus' curious if you've attempted to commune with, speak to..."

Zersha flails her arms about.

Elfesya quietly says, "I've never used sorcery."

>prais tamb
You praise Tambellis.

Miraena beams at Viknal!

Miraena stands near Viknal.

Rozalynde looks at Zersha and shrugs.

Onara nods to Elfesya.

Medir says to Miraena, "Or otherwise contact the Heralds since y'arrived here. At least in th'last few days. And if there have been any other visions."

Miraena asks Viknal, "Adventurer Viknal, would you accept this iris as a symbol of your pledge?"

Crowfeet quietly says, "I didn't start using it until all the cool kids started laughing at me for not using it..."

Miraena offers Viknal a blue iris.

Viknal says to Miraena, "I will."

Viknal accepts Miraena's blue iris.

Harsh rubs Crowfeet gently.

Medir praises Viknal.

Maintain quietly says to Harsh, "What has most perplexed this lowly monk is that advocates claiming to represent the Heralds have differing messages than those claiming to represent the Immortals, yet the Heralds have previously claimed and even demonstrated the ability to bring the Immortals to heel. It is enough to make one crave a sip from Father Vecuto's stash of moonshine."

Tambellis joylessly says, "That's just me, there's usually two dozen of us in there doing that."

Miraena says to Medir, "I am not in direct contact with the Heralds. I cannot send them a question any more than you or Adventurer Viknal could."

Medir gazes at Miraena.

Miraena says to Medir, "I have been asked if I would be willing to attempt to contact them, and I have said yes... if someone has a way to do that."

Medir says, "I think you, more than any of us, might be able to."

Medir nods.

Harsh quietly says to Maintain, "I am not sure what to make of any of this. Drinking does seem a viable solution at this point."
at Kethrai.

Miraena says, "I am happy to try, but I want you all to understand that I do not believe I have a direct line to them."

Anuril moves over to guard Kethrai.

Maintain nods at Harsh, obviously agreeing with his views.

Rozalynde ponders.

[General][Selame] "take it back Rhadyn, take it back!"

Miraena nods to Zersha.

Medir says, "I only ask a'cause they could have reached out to everyone with a vision. It is within their power."

Viknal examines a blue iris.

Medir says, "And they reach through you directly. So perhaps y'do."

Miraena smiles at Medir.

Zersha grins at Medir, her dimples flashing into view.

[General][Rhadyn] "Okay. I actually eat runestones and don't assault them with my sapper's axe. Sorry."

Viknal says, "Through, as in a conduit or medium."

Viknal nods to Medir.

Medir nods to Viknal.

Medir says, "Aye."

Trajan asks Miraena, "You don't have a direct line, but you feel confident that you have been chosen to spread a message?"

>' }medi /quiet You make a good point.
You quietly say to Medir, "You make a good point."

Zersha exclaims to Trajan, "Please raise your hand and wait your turn!"

Miraena says to Medir, "I understand. Yes... they could have. I am as confused about that as you, but I'm doing the only thing I can think to do which is continue to spread the message."

Medir nods to Miraena.

Miraena exclaims, "Ah, and they also reached my new friend Asildu!"

Rozalynde says, "I think, my "question" is somewhat related to that. I guess."

Trajan raises an eyebrow in Zersha's direction.

Kethrai says, "It may be that the Heralds who would have the power to do that don't have the nature to do it... And the ones who have the nature to do it don't have the power."

Miraena says, "It is nice to know I am not completely alone."

Aerilia acquires a look of intense concentration.

Rozalynde asks, "My apologies, I don't know if this has been asked before, but sometimes messangers are asked for proof they are delivering for whom they say they are. Have you any proof or are we just to believe your word that you've had visions?"

Miraena quietly says to Zersha, "You are doing a fantastic job, thank you."

Miraena smiles at Zersha.

Zersha blushes, the tips of her ears turning a delicate scarlet hue.

Kethrai says, "I mean... There are three Heralds we know of that gave up some measure of their power to become more involved in world affairs."

You hear a loud voice say, "Raise your hand for Zersha."

Zersha quietly says to Miraena, "I'm trying my best."

Medir says, "Aye, very orderly."

Miraena quietly asks Zersha, "Who is next?"

Miraena nods.

Nevali quietly says to Kethrai, "The Heralds tried using a speaking horn to send messages to everyone, but never used one before and got it turned around. So all the visions poured into one person isntead of one for everyone."

Rozalynde says to Miraena, "No offense, but I've also had visions of sorts of a catastrophic ending after a night out."

Anuril gives Zersha a slight nod.

Zersha smiles at Anuril, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Nevali folds her arms inside the sleeves of her wizard's robes, assuming a sanguine expression.

Miraena says to Rozalynde, "Well, I have found through the help of you Adventurers that I can speak new languages, and I... seem to have a special sort of barrier around me protecting me from some attacks."

Tambellis joylessly asks Casari, "Wait what am I missing? I'm killing legions of sorcery using Adan'f, my...I'll call him aquaintance because he's too annoying to be a friend is slaying droves of sorcery using Bone Wyverns, is all this no good?"

Geysers of uncontrolled mana suddenly erupt from Harsh's flesh, illuminating the surroundings in an excruciating display of blue-black fire!
"Burn him! Burn him!" You hear the cries echo around you as everyone in the vicinity immediately gives Harsh a wide berth!
"Stop right there!" The shout reverberates through the area as the guard charges towards Harsh. "You're under arrest!"
Harsh seems to be in shock as the guard binds his hands and he is led off.

Miraena asks, "I believe some of you were here when the one known as Atuen attacked me?"

Medir winces.

Imroth chuckles.

Zersha frowns, shaking her head with an expression of exasperation before resting her face in the palm of her hand.

Aerilia frowns.

Nevali sighs.

Medir gazes off to the east.

Onara shakes her head.

Miraena gazes at Kethrai.

Viknal asks, "Atuen?"

Casari asks Tambellis, "I don't know. Apparently it's not enough?"

Viknal asks, "Now why would this "Atuen" attack a farm girl?"

Luna asks Tambellis, "You're a sorcerer? Or no?"

Tambellis joylessly says to Casari, "Then maybe the world needs to die and one needs to get made that can handle the evolution of magic."

Godspeaker Harsh just arrived.

Onara raises an eyebrow in Harsh's direction.

Kethrai says to Viknal, "He rarely needs a good reason."

Zersha nods at Kethrai, obviously agreeing with his views.

A decidedly unnatural gust of air gentle stirs around Miraena. After a moment, it settles again.

Harsh quietly says, "Ouch."

Tambellis joylessly says to Luna, "Yeah."

Casari looks at Tambellis and shrugs.

[General][Rhadyn] "Admitting you have a problem is the first step to recovery. I'm a work in progress."

Luna nods to Tambellis.

Nevali pushes her glasses up the bridge of her nose.

Luna says, "As am I."

Nevali says, "First time she came to Crossin', Atuen threatened everyone who agreed to help spread her message..."

Aerilia tilts her head, clearly curious about something.

Miraena gives a slight nod.

Miraena says, "Those are the two pieces of proof I have discovered so far."

Imroth says, "Well it doesn't take much for Atuen to threaten everyone."

Harsh quietly says, "My skin hurts if there a healer here please."

Elfesya just touched Harsh.

You hear a voice say, "Gross."

Miraena says to Rozalynde, "Asking for more proof is like asking me to tell you what I do not know. I have not discovered anything other than those."

Harsh beams at Elfesya!

Miraena looks at Rozalynde and blushes.

Elfesya smiles at Harsh.

Medir rubs his neck.

Rozalynde looks at Miraena and shrugs.

Zersha points at Anuril.

Crowfeet smiles.

Imroth says, "Oof, my skin is bad too if someone wouldn't mind helping me out."

Anuril nods to Zersha.

Elfesya just touched Imroth.

>l valy
You are Valynn Aerhe, Night Owl of Therengia, an Elf.
You have an aristocratic face with elegant arched eyebrows, pointed ears and silver-flecked crystal green eyes. Your flaxen-streaked golden brown hair is very long and thick, and is worn coiled at the nape of the neck and held in place by a dainty rosewood comb carved with ghostflower blossoms. You have fair skin and a gracefully slender figure.
You are a bit over average height for an Elf.
You appear to be an adult.
You have faint scuffing to the neck.
You are in good shape.

You are wearing a filigreed circlet of Elven silver, a polished silver teardrop, an Elven silver choker, a pale green leather cloak lined with white rabbit fur, an archer's silverwood longbow, a green silk shirt with black embroidery, a leaf-patterned doeskin vest, a delicate animite armband inlaid with rowan wood, a lattice-carved goldenoak band with a warm finish, a pair of snug black leather leggings and some soft black leather thigh-boots.

You hear a voice say, "Really gross."

Harsh quietly says, "Skin conditions goin around in here."

>l imr
You see Sir Imroth Rubywings, Undaunted Defender of Zoluren, a Rakash Paladin.
Imroth has an inexorable streak of splaying black veins spreading along the neck, fathomless black eyes and a straight nose. His black hair is short and thick, and is worn tousled. He has torn and bleeding deathly pale skin and a monstrous build.
He is tall for a Rakash.
He appears to be in his prime.
He has a short thin mustache on his upper lip and a sparse beard.
His right cheekbone has a tattoo of a trio of vertical bold black lines.

He has some faint scars along the head, some faint scars along the neck, faint scuffing to the right arm, some faint scars along the right arm, faint scuffing to the left arm, some faint scars along the left arm, some faint scars along the right leg, severe skin loss exposing bone and internal organs.

He is wearing a hulking suit of armor shaped into a gruesome amalgam of sinewy flesh and teeth, a gaping leviathan maw lined with rune-carved ixaemite eyes, a cosmic abyss held in the tentacle-filled maw of a bound eldritch creature, an umbral-bone disc set with a maelstone claw, a black cambrinth-scaled shadowleaf cloak fit with an imposing kraken-beak mantle and a worn leather puzzle bag clasped with an ornate silversteel lock.

Anuril says to Miraena, "It is good to see you again."

Trajan looks at you and shrugs.

Miraena smiles at Anuril.

Miraena says to Anuril, "We did not speak much at our last meeting."

Miraena curtsies to Anuril.

Zersha loudly exclaims, "If you have a question for our guest, please raise your hand and I'll point to you when she's ready for the next question!"

Onara says to Harsh, "I hear that condition has a specific cause."

Anuril smiles.

Anuril nods.

Aerilia raises her hand.

Anuril says to Miraena, "I am sympathetic to the damage that sorcery has done to our world. Even though I have long sought to limit it's use, and only employed it when necessary to counter an active threat, and even though my guild is probably the one most limited by giving it up, I am willing to make your pledge. I just want you to understand that making such a pledge comes at a cost to adventurers. We will not be able to most effectively defend our families, friends, cities, provinces, without its use."

>grin traj wry
You give Trajan a wry grin.

Medir smiles at Anuril.

Anuril says to Miraena, "It is unfortunate that the actions of reckless, selfish, sorcery-addicted individuals have made the entire situation untenable for those who have shown restraint. But I will give it up for the greater good."

Crowfeet ponders that statement isn't entirely true.

Miraena beams at Anuril!

You hear a voice say, "Hmm."

Miraena stands near Anuril.

Onara says, "I already made a pledge to myself long ago to not practice sorcery."

Harsh quietly says, "Division amongst us, be wary of that."

Miraena asks Anuril, "May I have your name, Adventurer?"

Anuril says to Miraena, "Anuril."

Anuril bows to Miraena.

Miraena offers Anuril a blue iris.

Anuril accepts Miraena's blue iris.

You hear a voice say, "Harsh, this will be the only time I agree with you. But I stand with you and sorcery."

Crowfeet fidgets nervously.

Medir whispers something to Anuril.

Miraena says to Anuril, "Please accept this as a token of my thanks."

Anuril nods to Miraena.

Anuril puts his iris in his damask vest.

Miraena stands near Onara.

Viknal nods politely to Anuril.

Miraena asks Onara, "You will also make this pledge?"

Anuril praises Onara.

Medir leans against the bar.

Onara says to Miraena, "There is no need to, I made one to myself long ago."

Tambellis joylessly says to Zersha, "When you can, ask her if they've given her a time for how long it'll take for the world to end. I've been ready for it for a while. I'm not good with crowds. I'm killing to keep killing sorcerers with sorcery, if anyone wants to try to stop me with force, they're more than welcome."

Tear Reaper Tambellis goes east.

Miraena offers Onara a blue iris.

Miraena says to Onara, "Please, as a token of what you are saving."

Viknal nods politely to Onara.

Onara accepts Miraena's blue iris.

Miraena asks Onara, "And your name?"

Onara says to Miraena, "Onara."

Harsh sighs.

Miraena says, "Thank you, Adventurer Onara and Anuril."

Miraena stands near Zersha.

Onara nods.

Zersha points at Aerilia.

Zersha smiles at Aerilia, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Stellar Statistician Urbaj just arrived.

Miraena inhales a great swallow of air.

>nod urb pol
You nod politely to Urbaj.

Zersha quietly says to Miraena, "You're doing wonderfully, it's a lot of questions and people."

Onara sniffs at a blue iris.

Urbaj smiles brightly, exuding confidence and charm.

Crowfeet jumps back from Miraena!

Onara begins to carefully examine a blue iris.

Aerilia asks Miraena, "I know the Heralds have gifted you knowledge of language, but what about magic? If you concentrate, can you see or feel the flow of mana around you?"

Crowfeet bows to Miraena and begins groveling! With a quivering voice, Crowfeet begs Miraena to show mercy and kindness for her inexcusable actions!

Medir quietly says, "A drink might help."

Medir gets an elegant diamondwood wand adorned with myriad lively etchings from inside his linen khandur.

Medir zigzags the diamondwood wand through an elaborate series A generous dram of Chelsea Estate's Special Reserve scotch appears in his left hand!

Zersha begins chortling at Medir.

Medir moves an elegant diamondwood wand adorned with myriad lively etchings to his left hand.

Medir moves a generous dram of Chelsea Estate's Special Reserve scotch to his right hand.

Miraena says to Aerilia, "As one who has never magic before, I'm not sure I'd even know where to start."

Miraena laughs!

Medir offers Miraena a generous dram of Chelsea Estate's Special Reserve scotch.

Aerilia nods to Miraena.

Viknal offers Medir a shot of Darkstone Whiskey.

Crowfeet chuckles.

Miraena waggles her fingers around dramatically.

Medir grins at Viknal.

Miraena declines Medir's offer.

Medir accepts Viknal's Darkstone Whiskey.

Onara puts her iris in her shadow-black cloak.

Viknal moves a blue iris to his left hand.

Viknal moves a shot of Darkstone Whiskey to his right hand.

Raising his Darkstone Whiskey to Medir, Viknal gives him a toast.

Miraena says to Medir, "But no, I do not suddenly feel as if I can magic."

Miraena babbles incoherently.

Casari says, "Elemental mana sounds like a symphony."

Medir chortles softly at some secret joke.

Miraena says to Aerilia, "But no, I do not suddenly feel as if I can magic."

Olkerde says to Miraena, "I am just a commoner, but I aspire to join a Guild one day. I too am willing to make the pledge to avoid sorcery should I take up training in the magical arts."

Miraena beams at Olkerde!

Medir says, "Y'may well, depending on the drink."

Miraena stands near Olkerde.

Raising his scotch to Viknal, Medir gives him a toast.

Anuril praises Olkerde.

Crowfeet says, "I don't really use sorcery - I mean it is a bother to train, and I train it for no reason, so it would be easy to give up. HOWEVER, I can't pledge to not sell scrolls to people who would use them for that purpose."

Miraena asks Olkerde, "May I have your name?"

Olkerde says to Miraena, "My name is Olkerde, currently an eager assistant in the crafting societies of this fine city."

Miraena curtsies to Olkerde.

Olkerde bows to Miraena.

>l olkerd
You see Olkerde, a Kaldar.
Olkerde has a square face, close-set silver eyes and a small nose. He is bald, with copper skin and a lean build.
He is a bit over average height for a Kaldar.
He appears to be young.
He has a thick bushy mustache that droops heavily on his upper lip and a long shaggy beard.

He is wearing a sturdy backpack, a silversteel light plate mask brushed with black gold filigree, a carved wooden amulet, a hexagonal cambrinth prism suspended from a long electrum chain, a divine charm, a shimmering strip of faeweave dusted with sky opal faeries, an elaborate orichalcum trinket displaying a moon pearl spider, a tiny glass bottle, an effervescent eddy of honey-hued light captured by a sungold frame, a steel biomechanical harvester spider, a dark watersilk bag bearing a detailed cambrinth medallion, a pale cream steelsilk crafter's apron, an etched platinum disc set with a crystalline dragon tear, a mottled green leather weapon harness intricately beaded in shades of gold, a sand-colored silk insulated shirt embroidered along the hemline, a small morgawr leather shield embedded with yellowed fangs, a luminous lockpick wristcuff of braided moonsilver strands, a pugilist's armguard of layered black steel plates, a pair of copper zills, a resplendent haralun ring, a walnut herbal case elegantly branded with a single silver rose, a blue gem pouch, some drab leather breeches, some light plate greaves engraved with wispy cobwebs, a heavy imperial weave cloth lootbag, a sleek moonsilk thigh bag with a tursa buckle and a blackened steel ankle knife.

Crowfeet smiles at Olkerde.

Elfesya quietly says to Miraena, "I too pledge to never use sorcery. I never have."

Miraena says to Olkerde, "Thank you so much for your pledge."

Miraena offers Olkerde a blue iris.

Olkerde accepts Miraena's blue iris.

Miraena beams at Elfesya!

Miraena stands near Elfesya.

Olkerde sniffs at a blue iris.

Harsh frowns.

Miraena offers Elfesya a blue iris.

Elfesya accepts Miraena's blue iris.

Kethrai says to Crowfeet, "I haven't promised not to heal people who use sorcery, either. I think we can only vouch for our own behavior."

Miraena asks Elfesya, "And your name?"

Elfesya smiles at Miraena.

A swirling vortex of brilliant light spins across the area.
A wave of energy passes through, invisible except for the obscene ways the world stretches and pulls around you! Though it seemed as though Elanthia was going to rip itself apart, the wave passes without causing bodily harm.
Rozalynde collapses to the ground as the world seems to stretch and pull around her briefly.
Viknal collapses to the ground as the world seems to stretch and pull around him briefly.

Harsh concentrates for several moments, a greedy expression on his face.
A fearsome mana surge is abruptly erased from existence!

Elfesya says to Miraena, "Elfesya."

Aerilia winces.

Misteeus ponders.

Olkerde puts his iris in his herbal case.

Crowfeet nods at Kethrai, obviously agreeing with his views.

Harsh quietly says, "I saved us everyone, its fine your hero is here."

Onara says, "Oh dear."

>rais eyeb
You arch your eyebrow.

Miraena says, "I am so pleased by today's meeting."

Casari says to Miraena, "You're doing great."

Medir chuckles at Harsh.

Zersha says to Miraena, "Lots of pledges."

Elfesya examines a blue iris.

Harsh snickers.

Miraena nods at Zersha, obviously agreeing with her views.

Miraena beams at Casari!

Elfesya sniffs at a blue iris.

Onara pulls Viknal towards her!

Elusive Asab just arrived.

Viknal leaps to his feet!

Nevali asks, "Can you pin those irises to your clothes?"

Onara asks Viknal, "You okay?"

Kethrai gets a blue iris from inside his rose-colored haversack.

Harsh quietly says to Maintain, "Are you able to call a godling? I am curious if any strange reactions occur around our visitors. I am not able to any longer."

Zersha asks Miraena, "If you're ready for another question, Tambellis wanted to know if the Heralds had given you a timeline for how long we have until the world might end because of this?"

Kethrai ponders.

Medir gets a blue iris from inside his linen khandur.

Kethrai shakes his head at Nevali.

Medir shakes his head.

Nevali's ears droop for a moment.

Kethrai puts his iris in his rose-colored haversack.

Viknal says to Anuril, "Nice."

Onara asks Rozalynde, "You okay?"

Maintain shakes his head at Harsh.

Nevali says, "I'd wear one if I had one."

Harsh nods.

Anuril smirks at Viknal.

Miraena says, "The Heralds have not given me a timeline. They showed me what felt like a thousand visions all at once, and in each one of them the world ended in catastrophe if we continued on this path."

Rozalynde blinks.

Medir sighs.

Medir shudders.

Rozalynde asks Onara, "Sorry, what?"

Maintain quietly says to Harsh, "With some irony, godlings are not extraplanar entities, and so not terribly useful in this unfortunate monk's research."

Viknal smirks at Anuril.

Medir says, "I think tha' would have broken my mind."

Medir frowns.

Rozalynde stands up.

Miraena says, "I certainly hoped they gave us enough advanced warning that we might be able to do something about it... so I will work hard each day to do so."

Harsh quietly says to Maintain, "They have proven more problem than aid to myself."

Miraena says to Medir, "It was not pleasant."

Casari says, "It's too bad you can't share all those visions directly. It's possible we could recognize some omens and events in them that would help us to identify more about what's happening."

Nevali says to Zersha, "I got a question for her! Add me to the list."

Zersha nods to Nevali.

Zersha jots down some notes.

Miraena painfully says to Casari, "I would not want to share them in detail. I saw many people dying, in many different ways..."

Miraena sighs.

Casari gives a slight nod.

Casari says to Miraena, "That must have been horrible."

Miraena says to Casari, "But also a motivation. I may not be an Adventurer, but I can speak and tell people what I saw."

Miraena says, "And then hopefully I can go back home and go back to my farming..."

Miraena gazes off to the west.

Casari says, "It's easy for us to become callous to horrific sights. Things really change about perspective the first time you die, for example."

Zersha says, "It is hard to miss your home."

Medir nods to Casari.

Miraena says to Casari, "I have gotten the sense that Adventurers can be... very out of touch with the perspective of people like me."

Anuril snorts, loudly.

Casari nods at Miraena, obviously agreeing with her views.

Kethrai gives Miraena a slight nod.

Miraena says, "That woman who kept asking me about my village name, for example."

Zersha looks at Crowfeet and jots down some notes.

Luna asks, "Aren't you an adventurer now, by the very definition?"

You hear a voice say, "She's a special kind of Elf."

Olkerde points at Luna.

Miraena says, "That is like asking if you name every single blade of grass."

Imroth asks, "Did you bring these flowers all the way from your village?"

Olkerde says to Luna, "Good point."

Crowfeet says to Miraena, "She's from Theren. They are all like that."

You hear someone snickering.

Miraena laughs at Crowfeet.

Luna nods.

Aerilia chuckles.

>cough
You cough.

Trajan raises an eyebrow in Crowfeet's direction.

Crowfeet grins stupidly.

Miraena says, "It's simply impossible to name everything you might view as a village in all areas, and we just have no need to."

Miraena shrugs.

Onara smiles at Rozalynde, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Medir says, ""Home" can be enough sometimes."

Medir shrugs.

Miraena says, "But this is also why I have come, to remind Adventurers that people like me are out there, and right here in Crossing among you."

Zersha nods at Medir, obviously agreeing with his views.

Miraena says, "What you do affects us greatly."

Viknal whispers something to Medir.

Casari asks, "Have you considered taking your message to other cities?"

Medir chuckles at Viknal.

Harsh quietly says, "I will remind everyone that a creation seemingly of pure logic and void of emotion or bias has instructed us that sorcery is not the problem here. Our one guest who claims to have been sent by the gods directly has instructed us sorcery is not the problem. It is only the ones claiming visitation from heralds who state sorcery is to blame. I fear the heralds are in trouble. Is my opinion."

Miraena says, "The barmaid here, the inn owner, the cooks in the kitchen."

Miraena nods to a barmaid.

Zersha exclaims, "Please remember to raise your hands!"

Zersha grins at Casari, her dimples flashing into view.

Medir says, "Taelbert is a special sort a'crank."

Viknal gazes at a barmaid.

Casari covers her mouth with her hand.

Imroth raises his hand.

Miraena quietly says to Zersha, "I am ready for the next question."

Luna nods at Harsh, obviously agreeing with his views.

Couri nods to Harsh.

Zersha points at Nevali.

Zersha smiles at Nevali, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Zersha quietly says to Nevali, "Thank you for being patient."

Nevali exclaims to Miraena, "You're braver now than when you first arrived. Are you ready to try for a proper moon wizard future vision?!"

Miraena says, "Yes, my greatest thanks to you all."

Miraena laughs at Nevali.

Medir observes Nevali with fascination.

Medir grins.

Viknal raises an eyebrow.

Harsh raises his hand.

Onara gazes heavenwards expectantly, but lowers her eyes unfulfilled.

Miraena says to Nevali, "I'm still not sure what that means entirely, but I think I will pass. No offense to you, Adventurer Nevali."

Nevali nods.

Zersha grins at Nevali, her dimples flashing into view.

Miraena says, "The last one who tried casting at me was trying to kill me, so it has not made me more comfortable."

Rozalynde says, "Be a lot cooler if you did."

>l nevali
You see Numinist Nevali, the Novitiate, a Prydaen.
Nevali has a round face, cat-slitted crystal blue eyes and a small nose. Her deep purple-streaked honey mane is very long and wavy, and is worn loose. She has golden fur with a white belly and black spots, a long tail and a shapely figure.
She is short for a Prydaen.

She has tiny scratches to the right arm, faint scuffing to the left arm, tiny scratches to the right leg, faint scuffing to the left leg, faint scuffing to the left hand, tiny scratches to the chest, faint scuffing to the abdomen, a small skin rash.

She is wearing a conical purple wizard's hat strewn with twinkling points of starlight, some thick-lensed glasses, a silver wool scarf, a purple robe strewn with twinkling points of starlight and some supple leather footwraps.

Nevali says, "It's this thing, where I study the skies, and then I can help guide people along one of the different threads of fate to see what might or might not come to pass... just the one vision, usually. Not thousands."

Crowfeet asks, "Forgive me if you have already answered this question, but what is the significance of the blue iris?"

Kethrai takes a deep breath, looking serene and determined.

Nevali exclaims, "Actually not a spell at all!"

Miraena beams at Crowfeet!

Miraena says to Crowfeet, "Thank you for asking, I am quite proud of them."

Miraena waves some blue iris over herself.

Zersha cocks her head at Miraena.

Crowfeet smiles at Miraena.

Zersha looks at Medir and jots down some notes.

Raising his scotch to Zersha, Medir gives her a toast.

Crowfeet exclaims, "It's a lovely flower!"

Miraena says, "I am known for growing the most beautiful irises back in my village. This was my most recent crop."

Aryss goes east.

Miraena says, "I packaged them very carefully and brought as many as I could with me."

Imroth nods to Miraena.

Miraena sniffs at a blue iris.

Miraena puts her iris in her craftsman's satchel.

Miraena smiles at Crowfeet.

Zersha says, "I bet they smell like home."

Miraena nods at Zersha, obviously agreeing with her views.

Miraena says, "They remind me of what I'm here for, and I hope they do the same for those who have pledged."

Harsh quietly says, "Cupcakes would be better. They taste like hugs."

Harsh shrugs.

Miraena quietly says to Zersha, "Ready for the next question."

Zersha points at Luna.

Zersha smiles at Luna, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Rozalynde quietly asks, "Out of shear curiosity, has anyone tried sorcery on the irises?"

Luna says, "I have no question for her."

Miraena smiles at Luna.

Zersha exclaims to Luna, "My mistake!"

Zersha points at Imroth.

Miraena says to Luna, "Thank you for coming to hear me speak."

Imroth chuckles at Rozalynde.

Zersha grins at Imroth, her dimples flashing into view.

Luna nods to Miraena.

Kethrai says, "In the language of flowers, an iris stands for faith, hope, valor, trust. Seems fitting."

Imroth says, "Oh my question was where the flowers came from but it was just answered."

Zersha nods to Imroth.

Miraena beams at Imroth!

Zersha points at Casari.

Zersha smiles at Casari, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Miraena smiles at Casari.

Casari says, "Oh, I was just wondering if you were going to visit any other cities."

Imroth says, "Seems like a strange thing to pack for a long distance trip."

Miraena nibbles her lip thoughtfully.

Lord Knight Hebion just arrived.

Imroth says, "But then again, all of this is strange."

With a graceful movement of her hands, Zersha lowers her head and sinks into a formal curtsy before Hebion.

Zersha smiles at Hebion, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Hebion bows to Zersha.

Crowfeet exclaims to Imroth, "Not at all! Not if you love flowers!"

Hebion nods politely.

Nevali sweeps a pointed blue hat with a wide brim off her head and in front of her in a large arc, fluidly stepping backward and bowing to Miraena at the same time.

>smil hebio
You smile at Hebion.

Nevali quietly says, "Time to skedaddle."

Numinist Nevali slinks east.

Elusive Asab goes east.

Miraena says to Casari, "My goal is to speak to as many Adventurers as I can. If I run out of new faces in Crossing, I will most likely move to another city."

Casari nods to Miraena.

Zersha points at Harsh.

Zersha dimples at Harsh.

Harsh quietly says to Miraena, "It was suggested to us that we somehow get all of our guests to gather where our friends went missing."

Zersha tilts her head inquisitively.

Harsh quietly asks Miraena, "Would you be willing to gather there at some point? along with them?"

>smil har
You smile at Harsh.

Luna says to Miraena, "I don't doubt your sincerity, but I do not believe you are the solution to Wild Magic. Good luck with your endeavor."

Miraena frowns at Luna.

Luna places her hands on her thighs and bows deeply at the waist towards Miraena, holding the position for a moment before returning upright.

Rozalynde quietly says, "I like this."

Anuril nods at Kethrai, obviously agreeing with his views.

Tezirite Luna strolls east.

Miraena quietly says to Harsh, "I'm not sure how to say this without sounding offensive..."

Miraena says, "I am so very sorry for the loss of your friends, and I do wish that they return."

Miraena says, "But the cause I am here for is far greater than those specific individuals."

Harsh quietly asks, "So you would not be willing to gather at that site? with our other visitors?"

Crowfeet gasps at Miraena!

Miraena says, "There are many people who have died as a result of the use of sorcery, and it's tipping of the balance."

Harsh scratches his head.

Trajan says, "It sounds an awful lot like an attempt at a hostage exchange, anyway."

Crowfeet exclaims to Miraena, "There is no cause greater than Dantia!"

Crowfeet shakes her fist!

Miraena looks at Crowfeet and blushes.

Hebion raises an eyebrow.

Viknal asks, "Really?"

Viknal says, "I can think of one."

Zersha quietly says, "Saving our world might be a greater cause..."

You hear a voice say, "Why would they all want to gather there? None of them arrived here because of the missing."

You hear a voice say, "As Zersha just said."

Crowfeet nods.

Harsh quietly says, "Oh im sorry."

Harsh nods to Couri.

Miraena says, "It is like... trying to run down river to catch with your hands the few fish who have slipped through your net, instead of fixing the hole in your net."

Olkerde says to Harsh, "Does the meeting have to be about those missing people? Whoever they are."

Miraena says, "I am here to urge you to fix the net."

Harsh quietly says, "No."

Olkerde says, "Sounds like it just makes sense to get all of the visitors together."

Imroth says, "Those fish are friends."

Crowfeet says, "I apologize. I'm feeling a bit silly and playful tonight, which is uncalled for on such a serious subject matter. I'll take my leave."

With a graceful movement of her hands, Zersha lowers her head and sinks into a formal curtsy before Crowfeet.

Crowfeet exclaims to Miraena, "Good luck!"

Hebion quietly says, "Maybe we all need to fish more."

Rozalynde nods at Olkerde, obviously agreeing with his views.

Harsh nods to Miraena.

Sultry Siren Crowfeet glides east.

Miraena says to Imroth, "I am so very sorry, I understand that. But fixing the balance may be what is needed to bring them back... or at the bare minimum, prevent others you love from being lost."

Trajan says, "Or less."

Trajan shrugs.

>tilt curious
You tilt your head with a curious expression.

Kethrai says, "Frankly I don't see the point in getting all the visitors together. I'm not sure what they're going to talk about with each other that we haven't already talked about with all of them."

Anuril nods to Kethrai.

Medir nods to Kethrai.

Miraena quietly asks, "I heard about one who wears a sandwich on his head?"

Anuril chortles softly at some secret joke.

Medir says, "Strange sorts."

Medir looks at Miraena and shrugs.

Trajan blinks.

Kethrai says to Miraena, "Well... that is worth seeing, yes."

Rozalynde says, "I think all the visitors being gathered together is a good idea, regardless of where it is, having them gather at the spot of the missing is just two birds one stone kinda deal."

Hebion says to Kethrai, "My guess is someone wants to see them fight each other to decide who is the one to follow."

Miraena chuckles.

Medir grins at Hebion.

Harsh quietly says, "I think Liraxes is pointing us in a direction and we should take any steps we can."

Harsh looks at Kethrai and shrugs.

You hear a voice say, "Sandwhich hat guy was onto something."

Harsh quietly says, "That stone, the points, the faint cries."

Zersha asks, "Was he the duck-spider one?"

Zersha furrows her brow.

Harsh quietly says, "Five."

You hear a voice say, "I do believe so."

Imroth says, "I am afraid I must also take my leave. I remain skeptical, to say the least."

[General][Ghust] "Okay this is it. We REALLY need to find whomever is responsible for this glass breaking mana and drop them into a volano"

Zersha curtsies gracefully to Imroth.

Imroth says, "Take care everyone."

Trajan waves to Imroth.

Olkerde says, "I'm late for a shift at the Alchemy Society."

Imroth raises his hand in a quick salute.

Miraena nods to Imroth.

Olkerde says to Miraena, "Thank you for your visit and time."

>'Perhaps having all the visitors in one room may help with any discrepancies we or they perceive
You say, "Perhaps having all the visitors in one room may help with any discrepancies we or they perceive."

Olkerde says, "And the iris."

Miraena smiles at Olkerde.

Sir Imroth trudges east.

Kethrai says, "Five is a pretty small number. There are five of lots of things."

Medir says, "I'm goin' to build on what I'd asked about earlier."

Olkerde goes east.

Harsh nods to Kethrai.

Medir says, "Havin' now given it a little more thought. And scotch."

Zersha giggles at Medir.

Rozalynde quietly says, "Five toes..."

Miraena grins at Medir.

Harsh quietly says, "Toes."

Medir says, "You havin' -- rather bravely -- suggested that y'would be willin' to try and reach out to the Heralds in some way when last we met."

Harsh quietly says, "Blech."

>gaze finger
You gaze at your fingernails.

Miraena nods to Medir.

Miraena says to Medir, "I am certainly willing to try."

Rozalynde hops east.

Medir says, "I'm not sure I have a full-formed suggestion about how t'do so, and perhaps others smarter than I have some thoughts, but I do think attemptin to engage in some way could help convince others and spread your message. As y can see, citizens here can be rather stubborn."

Rozalynde just arrived.

A decidedly unnatural gust of air gently stirs around Miraena. After a moment, it settles again.

Viknal nods.

Medir says, "Two things come t'mind. The first somewhat unpleasant. The second much less so, but could lead t'nothing at all in the end."

Miraena chuckles at Medir.

Zersha loudly says, "If anyone else has a question, please raise your hand and I'll add you to my list, that I'm totally not just keeping in my head."

You hear someone giggle.

Miraena says to Medir, "If one of your fellow Adventurers comes up with an idea, I would ask them to reach out to me at Gaethrend's Court, where I am staying."

A glowing aura surrounds Harsh.

Harsh draws forth a hefty war hammer covered in thirteen diamond-sectioned spikes.

Medir says, "I'm not sure about th'magic of it all. Again, I jus' make drinks for people t'wash away their problems... but if we could find a way t'connect you with others. Some sort a'link that might enable them to experience what you do..."

Harsh waves at himself with his war hammer.

Viknal peers quizzically at Miraena.

Medir asks, "Would you be willin' to experience or remember that terrible vision such that y'might share it with them?"

Miraena says to Medir, "I do not want to lead people astray in thinking that I have a direct connection with the Heralds, that I can give them messages and that they can or care to respond."

Rozalynde says, "Oh."

Zersha looks at Rozalynde and jots down some notes.

Maintain quietly asks Harsh, "This overburdened monk wonders if Brother Harsh is planning to join the other practitioners in the guildhall later to discuss things?"

Medir says, "Aye, but if we don' try then we'll have lost a chance. Even if it leads to naught."

Miraena hesitantly says to Medir, "I may be willing to do that, depending on the method..."

Harsh quietly says to Maintain, "I was unaware of it until now, but i would most certainly be there if i am available at the time."

Medir says, "I understand that's askin' a lot."

Maintain nods to Harsh.

Miraena quietly asks Zersha, "Are there many more questions?"

Medir says, "And we can all put our heads together about how, but perhaps it would help spread th'message. Or convince some that need convincin'."

Zersha exclaims to Miraena, "One more!"

Miraena says, "This is quite a lot of speaking."

Zersha grins at Rozalynde, her dimples flashing into view.

Zersha nods at Miraena, obviously agreeing with her views.

Miraena smiles at Rozalynde.

Harsh quietly says, "Will make it a priority."

Rozalynde asks, "Gaethrend's Court isn't exactly posh, but it does seem like it may be a bit out of the price range of a simple farm girl. Is someone covering the boarding expenses for you?"

Rozalynde says, "Just something that popped into my head."

Miraena beams at Rozalynde!

Harsh grins.

Miraena says to Rozalynde, "A very kind Adventurer provided me more platinum than I've ever seen in my life."

Medir says to Rozalynde, "They water down their drinks, in any case. Cuttin' costs everywhere."

Rozalynde says, "Oh nice, you really are an adventurer now."

Casari smiles.

Miraena says to Rozalynde, "People seemed very concerned that I was camping outside Crossing, and all but demanded that I stay in an Inn."

Rozalynde nods to Miraena.

Miraena quietly asks Rozalynde, "I think perhaps I was starting to smell?"

Rozalynde says, "It's not really safe out there."

Zersha says, "It's not always safe outside the gates."

Zersha nods at Rozalynde, obviously agreeing with her views.

Kethrai raises his hand.

Zersha looks at Kethrai and jots down some notes.

Trajan sniffs at Miraena.

Rozalynde says, "Goblins, rebels and ogres seem to be on the streets every week."

Casari says to Miraena, "When all is said and done, I bet you'll have plenty of people willing to help your village rebuild, both in financing and in labor. It will be the best village around."

Miraena quietly says to Zersha, "Would you mind closing the list for questions now? I'm growing very tired."

Zersha asks Miraena, "Do you feel up to one more?"

Zersha dimples at Miraena.

Viknal coughs.

Miraena quietly says to Zersha, "We can finish with who is on your list."

Zersha exclaims to Kethrai, "Please go ahead!"

Zersha smiles at Kethrai, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Kethrai nods to Zersha.

Miraena says to Casari, "I hope so. That would mean I was successful in my mission, and that I have a village to return to."

Miraena beams at Kethrai!

Miraena says to Kethrai, "Adventurer Kethrai! I hope you are well."

Kethrai says to Miraena, "I wanted to ask if, beyond ceasing sorcery, there's anything we can do to help your people. Money, help with construction, healing, and the like. Please consider me at your disposal..."

Miraena says to Kethrai, "You are most kind, and I have had offers like this from several others."

Zersha says, "I'd be more than happy to help where I can as well."

Zersha nods to Kethrai.

Miraena says, "The biggest help to my village now is spreading the word of my message, and asking others to stop the use of sorcery."

Medir says, "I can send over some casks."

Kethrai nods to Miraena.

Medir says, "But drinkin' away your problems isn' usually recommended by Empaths."

Miraena smiles at Kethrai.

Zersha looks at Medir, obviously trying not to grin, but the dimples in her cheeks give her away.

Miraena says, "I am so graetful to everyone for coming out to speak with me."

Medir smiles at Miraena.

Dartwin nods politely to Miraena.

Viknal nods politely to Miraena.

Miraena asks, "Is there anyone else who is prepared to pledge to cease using sorcery?"

Anuril observes Medir with fascination.

Anuril glances at Kethrai.

Anuril glances at a mug of Running Stream beer.

Elfesya puts her iris in her leather pack.

Miraena turns her eyes between the faces gathered.

Anuril casually observes the area.

Zersha asks, "I can't pledge to cease, but can I pledge not to start?"

>gaze mirae silent
You gaze silently at Miraena.

Miraena says to Zersha, "Adventurer Zersha, please accept this iris as my thanks."

Miraena offers Zersha a blue iris.

Zersha accepts Miraena's blue iris.

Dartwin says, "I make only one pledge in my life. It's to my late wife. But doesn't mean I won't help the cause."

Zersha says, "Thank you, I will keep this somewhere special to remind me of how brave you are."

Harsh quietly says, "Please everyone, my friends and flock alike. Do not become blind to the mussings of a stranger. Do not corrupt yourself with suicidal empathy. There is much confusion being sewn and none should make any pledge to anything or one that may cause the immortals to turn a blind eye to you in future. We must decide cautiously. I fear for all of you with those flowers."

Miraena says to Dartwin, "I understand that, and I appreciate your assistance."

Zersha beams at Medir!

Miraena curtsies to Dartwin.

Urbaj callously says to Miraena, "You will need to bring more than flowers and bad dreams to be persuasive. I don't blame you I blame those controlling you. Best of luck."

>rub harsh
You rub Harsh in a friendly fashion.

Miraena frowns at Urbaj.

Medir offers Zersha a generous dram of Chelsea Estate's Special Reserve scotch.

Hebion says to Harsh, "An amusing sentiment from one of the Temple's people."

You hear a voice say, "If the Immortals cared, they'd have attempted to intervene by now."

Zersha accepts Medir's scotch.

Miraena says, "I understand this is not an easy message."

Zersha puts her iris in her encompassing shadows.

Harsh quietly says, "My concern has always been the lives of people more specifically that they continue to live."

Harsh quietly says, "And others."

Miraena says, "Now, if you will all excuse me, it's time for me to return to Gaethrend's."

Zersha curtsies gracefully to Miraena.

Medir says, "Rest well."

Casari says, "Good seeing you again."

Urbaj nods.

Ysilda waves to Miraena.

Stellar Statistician Urbaj strolls east.

Casari waves to Miraena.

Kethrai says to Harsh, "Suicidal empathy is my job. One that Hodierna has tasked me on herself."

Elfesya waves to Miraena.

Kethrai looks at Harsh and shrugs.

Viknal says to Miraena, "Have a good rest."

Dartwin exclaims, "Safe or fun paths all. Hunt well!"

You hear a voice exclaim, "Zersha, good job taking lead on organization!"

Messenger Miraena wanders east.

Anuril praises Zersha.

Trajan says, "Harsh isn't wrong."

Onara gets a blue iris from inside her shadow-black cloak.

Onara takes a bite of a blue iris.

Onara says, "Delicious iris."

* Miraena returns home from a hard day of adventuring.
