Smithing skill

One of the proposed new skills to replace Mechanical Lore in the (relatively) near future. Not currently available in the game.

Smithing skill will control creation systems involving making things out of metal, except perhaps where metal is carved such as in lockpick creation. The forging of armor and weapons will be covered by this skill.
