The four wooden walls of the wagon have been intricately painted to give the impression that the shopper is in a healthy green pasture. A young milkmaid, with a sparkle in her eye, has been detailed in one corner. Paper-mache dandelions and tulips have been randomly placed all over the floor. You also see a wooden churn, an oversized cowbell with some stuff on it, a dairy pail, a water trough, a milk crate, a torn feedbag, and a painted door. Obvious exits: none.

In the wooden churn you see a forest green saddle pad embellished with chubby cow trinkets, a houndstooth patterned saddle pad with dangling cow trinkets, a sunset orange saddle blanket embroidered with masticating cows and a brocade saddle blanket patterned with dancing cows.

On the oversized cowbell you see a colorful lollipop bag tied with rope tassels shaped like a cow's tail, a white fruit bag embroidered with a simple cow and tied with silk ribbons, a sunshine yellow cheese bag adorned with the image of a cross-eyed cow, a dark brown cookie bag with sleeping cows decorating the front and a lavender tart pouch with dancing cows embroidered on the front.

In the dairy pail you see an obsidian pestle capped with a bronze cow head, a basalt mortar shaped like a cow's head, a steel carving knife hilted with an agate cow, a tarnished brass wood shaper capped with a brown cow, a polished steel wood shaper capped with a dairy cow and a silver dagger hilted with an ivory and jet cow.

In the water trough you see a black leather saddle with cow head shaped stirrups and a black and white leather saddle patterned with winged cows.

In the milk crate you see a steel tankard painted with the visage of a laughing cow wearing a wreath of strawberries, a stoneware tankard painted with a confused cow wearing a wreath of glasses filled with lemonade, a clay tankard painted with the visage of a grimacing cow wearing a wreath of cherries, a glass tankard painted with the visage of a pouty-looking cow wearing a wreath of apples, an enamel tankard painted with the visage of a grinning cow wearing a wreath of blueberries, a brass tankard painted with the visage of a mad cow wearing a wreath of ham hocks and a ceramic tankard painted with the visage of a smiling cow wearing a wreath of taffelberries.

In the torn feedbag you see a frayed tangerine jumper with a large cow's head on the front, a crimson cotton sash decorated with masticating cows, a black and white checkered vest appliqued with tiny golden cows playing flutes, a floppy brown hat with tiny felt dairy cows dangling from the brim and a black eyepatch intricately stitched with a kicking white cow.
