Reverently created by the Wind Elves of Horse Clan using a unique process applied to the hide of an Akhaal horse that has passed of natural causes, the resultant leather is exceptionally smooth and typically retains a leopard-like spotted or lacy snowflake pattern. To use the animal in this final act of contribution to the Clan is considered a high honor, and is widely regarded by Wind Elves as a form of offering extended life for the essence of the creature.
Common description: Exceptionally smooth and glossy, the rich leather tinged in red is patterned with subtle (leopard-like spots/lacy snowflakes) across its surface.
